After looking around for roller garage…
After looking around for roller garage doors I came across RGS. A local company offering free surveys. I applied on line and received a call back the next day. Derren first thanked me for requesting a survey with his company, something that most companies forget. We stranded a survey and he arrived promptly. We discussed my requirements, his product and where the two could meet. He was honest, knowledgeable, polite and extremely professional. After receiving his quote I did a bit more research but couldn’t find anyone who could match the quote with the guarantee he was offering and most were inferior products. My garage door was delivered two weeks later and fitted by Derren in about 3.5 hours. I would recommend this company and Derren to anyone wanting a good quality product, fitted by an expert, using local companies and at an acceptable cost

Brilliant service from start to finish
My garage door broke and within 15 minutes of me calling, Derren was here to help fix a temporary door whilst the new one was on order.
We are over the moon with our new garage door, it’s exactly what we wanted and from start to finish the communication and customer service was excellent!

No glitches and a quick turn around
So, I decided it was time to replace my garage door, and am I glad I went Derre and the team at RGS!
The engineers were super friendly and got the job done in no time. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving my garage looking better than they found it.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Always on time and explained all the options and provided links to information to help us decide. He always arrived when he said he would and he even replaced some faulty parts that hadn't been identified in the original survey free of charge. Would happily use this company again and definitely recommend them.
