He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, answering all my questions without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and down-to-earth like Sam. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing drainage services.

Sam was able to come out to unblock my drains the same morning. He quoted me a total price with VAT to complete the job with no extra fees.
He was incredibly helpful and efficient and sent me a video showing the unblocked drains as I was at work.

I called Roman Rod to clear a blockage between the bath and soil pipe. They attended the next day as agreed and cleared the blockage. Unfortunately in the process the old waste pipe that was blocked snapped off during clearance. Roman Rod looked to fix this issue straight away but a plumber was needed due to the old pipework and fitting.

The plumber was called straight away and attended the next day and replaced the broken pipe. During the whole process Roman Rod kept in touch with me to ensure the repair was completed satisfactory. There have been no issues since and the pipe remains clear. Would use Roman Rod again in the future.

I have been using Roman Rod for years. Always happy to see Sam. He is so friendly and enthusiastic with a great amount of knowledge. Prices are very good in comparison to competition.

Wow, phoned them to arrange an internal drain clearance. I queried their call out charge, got a mouthful of abuse and told to go somewhere else. Never had such abuse from a supplier. Oh dear.

Sam made several visits to my flat due to an issue that was in large part related to the setup of the flat's plumbing. He consistently went above and beyond, not only getting the drains running again effectively, but also providing great advice on the root causes of the blockage and keeping both myself and my landlord updated on the diagnosis throughout.
