Roofcare are extremely professional, high quality tradesmen. They communicated well, were polite, tidy and probably the best tradesmen we have dealt with. They have done a great roofing job. We are very pleased with all steps of the process from initial inspection and quote through to completion. We have no hesitation in recommending this company and the people who work for it.

Had a great experience with this company they did an excellent job all done I one day even recommending that I needed insulation which I also got them to install. Very good workers they cleaned up the mess just a great experience would totally recommend this company thanks so much.

Yes I would use Roofcare again and recommend their services. Once the job started we were kept informed of the progress of our job. The staff were very friendly and approachable. They were safety conscious and met our H & S site requirements. They were clean and tidy, and the property was left tidy after each days work. During the start of the job they came back when it rained to ensure our property was kept watertight. Improvements: Would have been five stars, but unfortunately they were very very busy and took a considerable length of time to start the job after the deposit was paid. I don't feel we were kept informed of the continual delays to the commencement of the project as we could have been. Otherwise very easy to deal with.

Communication was great, and although there was a bit of a delay in the work actually starting, we put that down to ongoing stormy weather in Auckland. We would not hesitate to recommend Roofcare.

We had a great experience with Roofcare, they used top quality products, very efficient, left everything tidy. I also liked the fact everything was under one umbrella eg. i didn't have to find my own builder where this was required. Everything was double checked once completed, by the Boss and it was a Very friendly Team, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Roof looks really good. We had to call them a few times more than we would have liked to check on dates and progress but mostly very easy to deal with. Some initial issues with cleaning up the roof slurry off decks and windows that was created when the roof was cleaned prior to painting were rectified satisfactorily. Some concerns re some of the roof edges painting were put right when Kelly (MD) came to view the work. Very appreciative of his efforts and now very pleased with the final result.

Pleasant experience from the moment first made contact. Prompt appointment was arranged with a knowledgeable Sales Person, who guided us with the process of getting our Roof restored and leak fixed. The whole team was very pleasant to deal with and kept us informed of every stage of work that was carried out on particular days. Have to say that the whole process was turnedaround in a very timely manner, that was suitable for us as the roof had been leaking for quite a while. One of the very few roofing companies that actually turned up for an appointment and could start the work within a short space of time. gave an honest opinion of the roof, detailed what would be done in the quote, listened to what we wanted, the roof color wasnt a complete match so they matched the roof colour to the existing color as close as possible making an all new mix, set up and pull down leaving no mess or damage, even cleaned the gutters out, Kelly came around for a final inspection, very happy getting good comments, thank you for your great service,

Kelly and the team were awesome - they were open and honest with their pricing and helpful with all my queries. They kept me in the loop with regard timing and the installation itself was quick, painless and very tidy.

The Roofcare team did an outstanding job with the reroofing and insulating of my home. The job was technically demanding due to 1970's architectural design, but the Roofcare team always found solutions to each issue, discussed them with me and created a custom designed new roof that looks great. I also appreciated the good communication and teamwork and attention to detail in all work areas. The site was left tidy and all rubbish removed and a final inspection completed by the Managing Director. Many thanks.

I spent about 1 month searching for a company to restore my Concrete Roof Tiles. After getting 5 quotes we went with Roofcare and were extremely pleased with the end result. Right from the first meeting they supplied us with lots of info including:

How many tiles needed replacing/cracked etc.
A list of addresses of roofs they had done in last 5 years.
A clear timeline of the job.
The different processes/workflow to complete the job.
A 10 year guarantee.
The Scaffolding was quickly erected with no damage to our home.
The Roofcare team were very courteous and went above and beyond to complete the job in good time.

After job was completed a manager came around and inspected the roof.
