The work was completed in a timely fashion, the staff were all easy and pleasant to deal with. Communication about when work would be carried out was mostly good. The roof looks great, like new.

From for visit to give quote, to completion of the job this company was great.
Excellent communication. Project ran on time. Clean up of site at end of each day very good. Guys working on site were very nice and respectful of our property and privacy.

In the first instance, a technician promptly replaced 2 loose tiles on my roof. I enquired as to further repairs and maintenance necessary, and was given an obligation free quote to replace a few split tiles, repoint all ridge caps and full roof moss treatment, which I have just taken advantage of some 6 months later. The job was done very efficiently by the two friendly technicians, and I would happily recommend Roof Care for this type of work.

Great company to deal with. Very thorough. I do have 2 suggestions for improvement.
1) follow up visit after approximately 6 to 12 months.
2) offer or leave a small sample of left over paint for future tile replacements

Roof care is the best and I would recommend it to everyone! The roof of my house was very old, it was disclosed to me at the time of purchasing the house. Just a fortnight prior to Christmas last year the water literally started dripping from the rooftop into the bedroom, I contacted Roofcare, they immediately fixed the leaks free of charge and promised they will replace the whole roof and will install insulation before Christmas! And they did ! They started the job on 23/12 and completed the next day on Christmas Eve at 10 am. They also did the inspection on the same day to ensure everything was done properly. I'm impressed and really happy with their customer service, I received my warranty papers straight after Christmas too.

Great service and workmanship. Excellent pricing. Given my property a new lease of life. Would highly recommend.

Dad at 88 years old needed to go into a Rest Home, we needed to renovate his home which hadn't been touched really since the 1970's.
We noticed patches of water stain on the ceiling in places and bulging gib down the hallway. We called Roofcare who did a free appraisal on the roof and then set about doing the repairs ...repointing and so on. They were efficient, professional and now we have very happy tenants in a warm free from damp home. Highly recommending of Roofcare.

Was so lucky to be referred to RoofCare by a friend. My house had a once every 100 years roof. The team didn't bat an eyelid and just got on and did an exceptional reroof job. Communication was good, the team on the roof were good, material was delivered on time. Kelly and his team are good operators.

Renewal of protective coating to butynol surface after 10 year warranty expiry by same company, hence our confidence in both the product & their workmanship, with a warranty for a further 10 years.
