For anyone thinking of using this firm, look at the terms and conditions very closely before you decide whether to use them. They picked up a skip from my property, damaged the pavement outside and then claimed under their terms and conditions that they were not at all responsible for it. So I had to repair the damage myself. Disappointing customer service.

Amazing service! And delivery guys are brilliant.

I have continuously used RS Skips now for as long as I can remember. Always on time for drop off and pick up. Courteous drivers and polite office staff. Above all, they're fairly priced compared to some of the rip off merchants that are out there. I won't use anyone else. From a completely non-affiliated customer. Cheers guys

My experience with R S Skips was nothing but positive. the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and provide a swift service due to their local links. My ask was a 12Y on road skip and they were able to get this next day. i would recommend this company & rate their service very highly.

They are fantastic!
At the beginning, Jaz was really helpful when I couldn't find out who is the owner of the road. All sorted. Other companies just refused to put the skip on the road.
I really appreciate the contact via emails (booking).
Drivers always work around my time schedule (work, school runs etc) and they replace the skips really quickly (amazing skills, I bet they played tetris a lot in the past)

The Drivers are vary good and helpful ,the company is is very understanding they allowed me to keep my skip overtime as was off the road and I became ill,my builder also became ill then disappeared,my new builder started finished the job then they took it ,thanks for being so understanding ,amazing service

This company is horrendous have seen them burning waste onsite as a means of disposal. Their drivers travel at ridiculous speeds through residential areas. The owner has his kids running around the yard too if this is his understanding of H&S the drivers can’t be any better. Apparently a place to work if you want some cash in hand

First time ordering a skip and RS Skips made the whole process really easy. The office staff were very polite and talked me through the pricing and delivery process. The skip arrived on the day in question and the driver was also very polite and professional ensuring that the positioning of the skip did not damage the drive. All paperwork was given to me along with the receipt, as well as a cheery "Goodbye!".
Once I had finished with the skip I called back to the office and they said that although I had a 7 day hire (standard on a 4yd skip) they would come within the next 48 hours. As promised the driver arrived, went through a brief checklist to ensure no illicit items were in the skip, and again the removal process was done with care and consideration.
Additionally, the pricing was the best I could find in the area.
I would highly recommend and will be my go-to company for skip hire in Medway and beyond. Thanks RS Skips!

Such an easy process, first time ordering a skip and the staff were extremely helpful. Delivered on a Saturday at 7:30 in the morning , emailed them when I had finished a week later (booked for two weeks) and picked up the following day. Will need another skip in a few months and they have certainly got me back as a happy customer .

I needed a skip , but not hired one for many years. Saw my neighbour with a skip from this local company delivered by what looked like a new lorry, so must know what they’re doing. Called number on website, I chose the delivery date. Delivered exactly where I wanted it, friendly helpful driver. Once full, called company. Was given a 3 day window for collection, but picked up following morning with no fuss.
Very efficient, competitive price, payment on line. Excellent service, would use again.

What can I say, I phoned for a skip at 2.06pm on Friday and by 3.13pm, the same day, I had a skip on my driveway!
That must be a new record surely, excellent service R S Skips!

I recently used R S Skips and couldn’t of asked for a better service. The girls in the office were great and helped me make sure the gap I had was big enough by sending a photo via what’s app, when I called for some advise I spoke to a man named Sukh, he was so helpful. I would 100% recommended this company and would use them again. Quick and helpful.

a real first rate company. great value and more importantly they drop off and collect when they say they will.after having 20+ skips over the years to various locations i've never had to make the dreaded chase phone call. there waste transfer is also first rate and probably the best i've ever used quick and brilliant value.
