Need to return the purchase as ordered wrong size, 6 days from request and 2 emails bout return still not received a reply.
The drying coats, of which I have many, are 5☆ quality, so 100% satisfaction on product and zero on the customer service

DPD poor service, Ruff & Tumble excellent
We ordered the drying coat and went to collect at the DPD collection centre. The QR code didn't work or the collection code. We found DPD most unhelpful and we were told that the parcel was being returned. We contacted Ruff & Tumble who were most helpful and arranged delivery of a replacement coat. We explained we were going away and they organised the delivery for the next day, in time to take the coat away with us. Our labrador is very happy to wear his coat after playing in the sea.

Really very poor
Really very poor, I bought dog collars in June 2025, I have active working hounds and the leather collars I have are disintegrating - customer service fill excuses and completely uninterested, items are poor quality, would not recommend for active dogs

Thank you for your feedback. We take the quality of our Morston Leather range very seriously, as these are crafted to be premium, durable pieces.
Following our email correspondence, we noted that the damage shown in the photographs provided appeared to be consistent with external snagging or chewing rather than a manufacturing defect or standard wear and tear. Our 6-month warranty covers structural faults, but unfortunately, it cannot extend to accidental damage sustained during active use in the field.
As these are genuine leather items, we do state care instructions advising that they be kept dry to maintain the integrity of the hide. We’re sorry that on this occasion our policy meant we couldn't offer a replacement, but we appreciate you sharing your experience.
Five Star Experience
I had been looking at one of these for my Vizsla and after seeing my friend from Kudu River get them for his gun dogs at Crufts it convinced me to purchase one. I was blown away by the quality, the updates, and the delivery, especially as we had ours personalised too. This has been outstanding from start to finish and I would highly recommend them. High quality, easy to fit.
Delivery was delayed by the courier, but as soon as this was reported, a replacement coat was sent out. I’m very pleased by the quality of the coat. It’s well made and my dog seems happy to wear it. It’s easy to put on, and dries her well. The coat was recommended to me, and I’m happy to pass that recommendation on.

Slim lead
Great products, love these leads for my springers, and they come up like new after a round in the washing machine. Just happened to lose a lead whilst out and about as my springers love to run free, rub themselves in dead things, roll in muddy puddles & swim. 😁
