The quality of the rug is miserable. It feels tacky and plasticy. Almost like the whole thing is a microfiber towel. It's very thin and the colors bleed a bit. This unfortunately makes it look and fee... See more

Terrible communication or competency when dealing with returns. The rugs themselves are beautiful
The rugs themselves are beautiful, however, 1 was too small for the space I needed it to fill so I tried to return that one and the matching runner. It’s been approximately 3 weeks and I’ve been waiting for someone to come pick them up for a return. They have missed the pickup date twice while I waited at home all day for them and still they won’t refund my money. I’m highly dissatisfied with the customer service.

Super fast delivery
Super fast delivery. A bit clumsy to put it together, but nice finishing. Still to see how it is to wash it. Rubber part a bit smaller than top part, so the edges look a bit lower than the rest of the carpet. Overall, very good add to our dining room
