The dumbbells are great
The dumbbells are great. High quality and the flat ends allows you to sit them comfortably on your knees when doing chest work. This was the main reason I bought these over other brands. The stand is a must have

Fast delivery!
This is the third time buying gym mats from Rug and Rig. The quality has always been good and fast delivery, but I do live in Melbourne.
One thing to note is the dispatch system is not in sync, the item was delivered without any notifications that it was arriving on the day. Received emails of dispatch 2-3 days after I received the item. Luckily I work from home everyday and it works out.

The electronics had the instruction…
The electronics had the instruction booklet stick to the controller and one of the bottoms gets stuck where I had to peel it off. A couple of scratches but all in all happy with the purchase.
