Great quality rugs
Great quality rugs, the website was informative and I knew exactly what I was ordering. The only downside is that I ordered 2 rugs and they sent them separately and they were delivered on separate days. It was a bit inconvenient and it also wasn't clear from the email communication that my order is sent in 2 separate packages.

Buggy website. It was hard to figure out what is the issue with my online purchase. I tried it on phone, 2 browsers and finally on another computer - on which i could finalize my order and can also pay it.

I am satisfied with the rug
I am satisfied with the rug, it is beautiful and soft. However, I do not recommend UPS as a courier company. It took 3 days for the carpet to arrive from Denmark to Hungary, and then 1.5 weeks for them to deliver it from the UPS center 40 km away.

Ordered two different size Kerala rug
Ordered two different size Kerala rug. Both are smaller by 5cm than described... Rugvista says it is acceptable.
Update:
I ordered from here about 4 years ago, the size was still fine then. Which is still problematic because I would use the two adjusted to each other and so I can't adjust them to each other. It's interesting that by chance they weren't even 5cm bigger, but both were smaller. As Rugvista requested in the response, I contacted customer support and they said that they can't check the size before sending, so they can't provide a roughly accurate size. Other times I prefer to buy locally from another company after checking it in person.
