This is my second order of a rug having a very poor quality. It makes a mass in the room every day as parts of the rug come off regularly.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very common for a new carpet to shed, especially in high-traffic areas, making it easy to spot small fibres. Shedding will always occur to some extent. This is because pile and excess material have remained in the carpet since it was produced, and not because the itself pile comes off the rug. After a few months of normal use and vacuuming, this will decrease.
Depending on your rug’s material composition, the degree of shedding will vary. Gently vacuum your rug on a low setting a few times to reduce shedding. Make sure that your vacuum is on a setting suitable for carpets (no brushes).
If the shedding persists after several months, we kindly advise you to contact us again and we will happily assist your. In this case, please get back to us with pictures of the amount of shedding and information about how often you vacuum your carpet. This way we can assess the situation and help you properly.

Shredding wool rug
The wool rug I ordered is a really bad quality, it never stopped shredding, and it will shred until it's completely gone. It is really annoying, I have to vacuum all the time, fur is everywhere in the house. I complained about it but they kept telling me it would improve with time. Then, I run out of time and they did not accept to return the rug.

Thank you for your feedback and I am very sorry to hear you have this issue!
For wool rugs, we recommend hoovering once a week, on a low intensity, and not using robot vacuums, or accessories that have rotative brushes, This will pull on the hairs of the wool rug and they can shed continuously because of this. It is normal for wool rugs to shed at the beginning, and they may shed to some extent for a longer time, but this should not be excessive or bothersome, unless the rug is being cleaned too harshly.
We always offer free returns within the first 3 months from purchase, and we do handle warranty cases in the first year if the issue seems to be a production defect.
Please make sure NOT to use those rotative brushes and a very high intensity when hoovering, and this issue should really decrease. I have asked our customer service team to get back in touch with you about your case to see what we can do to help.
