Everything was perfect. The rug looks the same as the pictures, the price was good too.
I had to return the rug because of my own fault, I've ordered in a wrong size. The return was easy and fast, the next day the delivery company showed up for the pruduct.

I got the product in 6 days, great service and platform. The product looked like the picture, but I didn't like the polyester material as much, so I decided to send the rug back. They have a free-return policy, which is great, it was easy to arrange a pickup, only a few clicks. All in all it was a good experience.
