I was assisted by KG and Frank the manager in Chris Hani …

I was assisted by KG in Chris Hani Vosloorus....im paying for a Microoven that is not in my house. I am forever calling the store for my item. I went as far as going to Ombudsman but still nothing is happening. I called the Head office no one is assisting. It's been 4 months and I'm still paying for a Microwave that is not in my possession. Sometimes Frank is not available to give me straight answers. This is the last time I'm buying from Russels. I just want my Microwave and I'm now helpless I don't know what to do. I have been patient long enough. What a poor service I will not advise anyone to do business with Russells on a serious note.

The service I received was very good

The service I received was very good, I enjoyed buying in your shop also will recommend it to my relatives. I really appreciate the service from one of you brilliant and friendly sales person Sivumelene Mthembu, she was excellent.
