Worst( I can't update hosting as they…

Worst( I can't update hosting as they don't provide Hosting) they don't want to provide service, they just want 2 USD from all, it is enough for them. So please if possible don't support them.

I don't want to give star but without that I can't post review.

3 month over since I bought no service.

Absolute worst "website host" ever

Absolute worst "website host" ever! They use a trial version of cPanel and sites CONSTANTLY crash as their server is horrible! This was the case before the pandemic and it's the case now. They keep saying the pandemic has slowed down their customer service but this has ALWAYS been the case. I've had an account for two and a half years and let me tell you ... I HAVE NEVER used a live site on their server because they don't have the resources to maintain sites. I have only used their server for testing and it's bad even for testing!

They also have fake reviews here. Look at their "5 star" reviews and the way that they are written by accounts that have no other reviews. These guys are a scam! They have to pay to get good reviews. That should tell you all you need to know.

Just 3rd class service. Do not waste your time and money here. You will also receive too many spam email from them regularly after signup. No option for email unsubscribe.

Super slow website host

The site is not able to load fast with a more less empty site except for blank pages 6 of them and one image of the brand of the website all I get is 505 server errors all the time .

Very bad hosting provider.

Very bad hosting provider.
server down, speed is very low. totally disgusting, irritating. even that, very bad customer supports services.
i send email before two days due to server down issue, no response yet.
very disappointed.

Great unlimited hosting

I just registered here to give you guys an honest review. I know why this provider has lots of bad reviews and some of them are true. It did have really bad support in the past slow response, etc but now they are really improving a lot the support team responds really fast now. Well about the hosting it didn't good in the past lots of maintenance probably they were upgrading the server. But now so far so good 3 months still running fine. Great unlimited hosting. I'll give you 5 stars in the future to see the progress.

1) they are not responding via tickets
2) they delete automatically all databasae and all my website it's down
3) scammer

unable to log into my cPanel account.

Hello,

I have a serious technical problem with your web hosting since Jan 29, 2021, and I am unable to log into my cPanel account, which shows the following error message:

"Maximum Users Exceeded.
The number of users on the server exceeds the maximum number of allowed users for your host server ".

Knowing that I am the unique user and administrator of this account.

Unfortunately, I cannot access any of my resources in this way.
Please correct this problem as soon as possible so that I can resume working with my account.
