We are a group of friendly, expert, optical practices who have served our communities in South East London, North Kent and Surrey for decades.

We offer a wide range of services including specialist eyecare, dry eye management, sunglasses, children’s eye care, myopia management and hearing care.

The clinical reputation and range of services offered by Woodfalls has continued to grow, our success has been due to our committed optometrists, fully qualified dispensing and contact lens opticians, optical assistants and a team of dedicated support staff.
Our practices are fully equipped with the latest in optical equipment and all of our branches offer specialist services. We have the latest OCT (optical coherence tomography) machines at all six sites, we now also offer Optomap scanning, plus The Hearing Care Partnership to provide all things audiology.
As an independent group of opticians we dedicate the time necessary to ensure our customers receive the best care and advice. We work closely with our clinical partners to ensure we focus on our local communities and provide the very best clinical care.

Great service
All of the staff I had contact with at the Crystal Palace branch were friendly and helpful, especially the optician. The eye examination was very thorough and I felt that I’d been well informed and listened to rather than just ‘processed’.
My glasses arrived in just a few days, so for me this was a superb service.

Eye test
Millie, the optician, was on time for my appointment. She was extremely kind, helpful and thorough in checking my eyes. She kept explaining things and encouraged me to ask questions during my eye examination.
When I had to choose a new frame for my glasses, the lady who helped me was kind, but I felt a bit pressured for time. I wish I felt that I could take more time in choosing a frame, which is quite expensive.
