I would give this zero stars if I…

I would give this zero stars if I could. This is positioned by Ryanair as official meet & greet but clearly it is not. When I realised and tried to cancel I was given 2 phone numbers -1was for stansted customer services & the other Manchester - nothing to do with this parking company . I eventually emailed & apparently this is non refundable ( where are the terms?) AVOID

Very professional and friendly staff!!

I did not read the reviews before booking this service but found very friendly and helpful driving staff (especially Shak) to take care of my car while I travelled. I followed the instructions on booking email, Shak (driver) was at the car park ready to take my car and upon return he had the car ready for me to take immediately after landing - company did not incur any charges while I was 6 hours delayed due to flight.

LBA DO NOT USE

Leeds Bradford Airport

This service is not as described on Ryanair’s website.

It is NOT meet and greet outside the terminal.

They want you to pay extra fees to drop off at terminal or drive further away to hand over car to a complete stranger with no paperwork or ID.

I had no choice this time round and on my return I had to make a ‘cash payment’ to the employee to get my car back.

Appalling service run by thieves and bandits.

DO NOT USE.

Wish I could leave a zero

Wish I could leave a zero, I also wish I’d read the reviews too.
I booked and then tried to cancel after only 1hr but NO refunds or amendments allowed through Ryanair booking but direct with carpark it’s possible? WHY
Surely there’s a cooling off period
Usual rubbish service from Ryanair
Avoid at all costs, plus it’s more expensive than direct

Never book parking via the Ryanair app

Never book parking via the Ryanair app. You can’t cancel or amend it, even with a fee, which you could if you booked direct with the car parking. So I changed my flights but can’t change car parking.

Never book parking with Ryan Air

Never book parking with Ryan Air not only is it non refundable but you cannot make any amendments. We had prebooked Stanstead at the same time as our tickets, a big mistake! we had a problem with the car two days before the trip but could not change for a different vehicle. If we had booked directly with the Stanstead car parks it would have been easy.

Booking cancelled without an notification

I booked my parking on the same day as flight tickets, 6 months ago. On arrival I gave them a call that I should be at the parking place in 25min as adviced on email. When I arrived they said that their contract with Ryanair has ended and I need to find other parking provider, just 3h before departure, or I can pay in cash so they will take my car to another parking.
They said the Ryanair should message me via email and refund parking fee which I already paid. No email, no refund, no contact number. Even Ryanair customer service gave me doggy contact number to meet and greet customer service (after dial the number and hit call I could hear just "incorrect number, check the number and try again).
Just giant joke and completely zero competency.

If I could give this a zero I would! no confirmation email, no idea of where to park, contacted ryanair to be given 2 numbers which were out of service and an email which bounced back - never again!

I’d give zero if I could

I’d give zero if I could. Booked for 9th July 2022. Parking service denied any knowledge of our booking and said they had no drivers because it is Eid. Parked in long stay and paid for access to drop off area. I will get cracking with this when we return!

Same story as many others

Same story as many others. Paid for car parking via Ryanair. No details ever provided of what car park I was to park in. I needed to change my registration and though Ryanair said I had a car parking booking they wouldn’t tell me where it was nor let me change any details. Absolute criminals.

Never book carpark with ryanair tickets

Booked carpark through ryanair as we booked our travel flights with them and I thought in my naive mind that this would be easier and cheaper. I got receipt of my flights but not the parking. Then I kept investigating but there was just a box ticked on my online profile with ryanair to say I have booked parking, although no information on the address to go to park or any information of how the carpark works. I called several times both ryanair who could not give me an answer and the carparking provider who did not want to speak to me if I had booked through ryanair....Absolutely useless......a waste of money and time. We never used the carpark booking whichI paid £65 for as we did not know where to go, so I had to let go, booked alternative carpark and wrote to ryanair 3 times, but they have never got back to me to at least apologise for this appalling service. They should not give this as a service to anyone if they are unable to at least provide a carpark address......I would have given no stars if this was an option.

One star because we at least did get…

One star because we at least did get our car back. The service was atrocious. When we first arrived at the car park there was no one around. We were left waiting for at least half an hour. When they did turn up to transfer us to the airport other clients went before us. No names were called so it was free for all! On the return, we contacted one of the drivers who said he would be with us soon, 45 minutes later he turned up and took others before us, again without announcing he was there for us. We would never use this company again. In fact, Ryanair shouldn't endorse them.

Ryanair Looking4Parking Leeds Bradford Airport

Booked through Ryanair to park at Leeds Bradford airport. Called the car park 4.5 hours before my flight to be told that the booking had been cancelled due to a security breach and we should have received an email from Ryanair and full refund. We have not received an email from Ryanair nor refund. Ryanair have said that Looking4Parking are fully responsible for this. The last minute cancellation is extremely poor service and left me in a position of having to find alternative parking at very short notice. Will never use this company again nor will I book an extra service via Ryanair as they are supporting this provider but do not want to get involved in resolving the problem. Looking4Parking are not answering the phone and voicemail is full so cannot leave a message. I emailed and waiting a response.

DO NOT USE RYANAIR MEET AND GREET SERVICE AT LEEDS BRADFORD AIRPORT

We booked this Meet and greet Service through Ryanair at Leeds Bradford Airport. On our return at 11.30 pm we were told the keys to our car had been stolen the previous day (along with many others) from their offices. We were promised contact details with a Police Crime number and that the cost of replacing the key would be met by the Company. Despite 5 emails and numerous calls to the only number we have we have had no response whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CHARLATANS !

Never park your car with looking for…

Never park your car with looking for park ryanair its horrible there is a bus that drives between the parking spot and bremen airport if its full and if will be full quickly cause they only have 7 seats you will miss your flight they dont care at all and give zero £]%{. Worst experience in my life

Avoid at all costs!!! Do not book parking!

Booked parking via Ryanair for Stansted Airport however we have had to change cars last minute as old car had mechanical failure and had to be replaced. We discovered as we booked through Ryanair (ie third party agent), amendements or cancellations are not allowed. This was not made clear during the booking process and we find this very unfair. Daylight robbery!!! Avoid at all costs!!! You're better off booking directly with the airport.
