This was my first experience getting a mortgage as a first time buyer and Ryan was super helpful the whole way through, always available to chat when I needed him and he also arranged my life insurance which was one less job for me.

From the initial consultation to the final mortgage offer on May 20, everything was handled with ease and efficiency. Initially a little nervous regarding using a company without any face to face contact due to the risk of scams etc. First contact person was reassuring and patient regarding my questions about Ryder and Dutton. Documents requested were easy to upload on the webpage. My 'Teams' meeting with Ryan Constantine the advisor was great - again felt very reassured that everything was being considered to make sure all my financial needs would be met at this stage. Laura is now dealing with the administrative side of the mortgage and this is going very smoothly due to her efficiency. I had an offer back within 10 days of application being submitted! Great service and will use them again when my fixed rate ends.
