I just wanted to say that Vicky Charlesworth was absolutely amazing and very helpful with arranging my mortgage.

I could not recommend her enough she was consistently and constantly on the ball with getting stuff done.

Her customer service was way above the bar, any problems I had they were resolved quickly.

Buying our first home has been such a huge and, at times, incredibly stressful journey, but having Alicja and Mohammed supporting us throughout made such a difference.

From the very beginning, they were professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to understand our circumstances, explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions (even the many questions we had when we were worried!), and always made us feel that we were in safe hands.

There were moments during our mortgage journey when we felt anxious and uncertain about whether everything would come together, but Alicja and Mohammed were always there to guide us, reassure us and help us navigate the process. Their communication and attention to detail were exceptional, and we genuinely felt that they cared about helping us achieve our goal of becoming homeowners—not simply about arranging a mortgage.

Michael Royle at Ryder & Dutton is your go to mortgage advisor. Impeccable communication skills, lovely friendly person. We’ve had bad experiences in the past (other people) where communication wasn’t the best and they seemed to be quite judgemental and condescending. Michael is such a lovely person who knows his stuff. Will definitely be recommending him and using him again in the future.

My particular individual that was assigned to supporting my case was incredibly helpful and understanding with all my bizzare requests and queries about this ongoing mortgage.
Some problems arose for myself and the property I chose, as can surely be expected I found out. My advisor, Alicja Debicka, was more than helpful and understanding with all information I needed. My particular case took around 7 months to go ahead due to issues with the seller. Alicja Debicka was available to receive my calls and answer my questions throughout the whole process. I found this to be exactly what I needed in making this daunting first experience something close to easy. Everything was handled through Alicja Debicka and also Mohammad Shoaib, who I had the pleasure of speaking to also on a few occasions.
With lots of things going wrong with my particular case, I couldn't have asked for a more supportive experience in getting me towards my house. Today was my first payment towards my first home and I couldn't thank Alicja or Shoaib enough.

It asks me to put my date of experience on this review, but, honestly, I was contacted, able to contact and supported for the whole of the 7 months leading up to me purchasing the property. So I did give one particular date, but, in honesty, during the whole 7 months, they were available to help and advise.

Highly recommend, and would certainly want these two helping my case in the future.
They have also let me know they will be in touch towards the end of my offer. I was informed exactly what support and advise I was able to receive, the benefits of it, and the cost. This was met throughout the whole process, start to end.

I was actually rejected by the first mortgage broker I tried and amazingly Kylie from the beginning managed to find me one very quickly! I honestly thought it was not going to happen but she made the process feel easy and she was very understanding!

My experience with Ryder and Dutton MAB has been absolutely fantastic and that's honestly the best way that I could describe it. My mortgage adviser Mr Perry Rendle was always really helpful with me and my partner anything and I mean anything that we needed help with he was always there. He never refused to help us, whether it was uploading documents or finding documents he always helped us, he even gave me and my partner his direct phone number so that we could always be in touch and ask him anything out of operation hours.
