Vicky and Cassie have both been amazing when dealing with my mortgage for me. They are really knowledgeable about the products on offer, and responded to all queries in a really timely matter. Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend them for supporting anyone to go through mortgage applications. 5 stars ladies!

Harriet helped us renew our insurance package. Every communication session was arranged with clarity ahead of time, and support documents were provided to give us a flavour of what information would be needed. Communication itself was pleasant and fruitful. We understood what we are signing up for and what steps we need to take going forward to complete the process. Pleased with the process overall

​As a first-time buyer, I was dreading heading into the process of securing a mortgage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Conor had everything under control.

​He explained the process thoroughly and reaffirmed the steps as we reached each stage, including when Lizzie would become involved to support the application. I really appreciated this, as I don't deal well with an immediate change of contact person.

​At all stages, I was openly asked if I had any questions or feedback on the process so far. While gathering paperwork was a stressful undertaking for me, going back and forth with my accountant (I imagined Conor banging his head against his office wall!), he was nothing but patient and friendly.
