As a first time buyer Vicky the advisor and Cassie the administrator made it very simple and straight forward to navigate something that was new to us. The many questions we had were answered promptly. I would 100% recommend Ryder & Dutton mortgage advice bureau.

Vicky Charlesworth was so much help you wouldn’t understand she replied and answered all my questions and queries so quickly efficiently and made my experience on buying my first home so easy I would do it all over again thanks so much to her and the team that worked with her they were all amazing. Me and my partner had Vicky Charlesworth has our mortgage advisor , she has been great from day one ,easy to talk to and couldn’t go any further in helping us with our situation.

For my Mortgage I have been helped by Vicky Charlesworth and Cassie Coates, being a first time buyer and not really understanding a lot of it, both Vicky and Cassie have been amazing at guiding through the process and explaining things in such detail in particular if I am ever confused on anything giving me a call to talk it through I can’t speak highly enough at how both have gone out of their way and been so kind and supportive throughout the process.

Despite my CCJ and the rate increase in April, he worked incredibly hard to secure me the best possible mortgage deal. His knowledge, honesty, and support really gave me confidence throughout the process.

My journey began with having the absolute pleasure of being introduced to the amazing Kylie Bell.

From the very beginning of the process Kylie talked and walked me through the entire process gave me her honest and best advice.Kylie was on hand for all my questions there were many, her support was unwavering and simply made the whole experience smooth and stress free for me.

Kylie then handed me over to Katie Slieghtholme who picked up the baton and is now looking after me until completion, again the communication and support I have received from Katie is excellent.
