We had Vicky as our mortgage broker, she has been very helpful, througout the process, she arranged our first call and explained to us as first time buyers how the process all worked and how to move forward. She replied to our emails very promptly, and was even emailing into the evening in order to process everything. She arranged the second call quickly after, and fit us in when it was convenient for us, again she was very helpful and explained everything to us, including the insurance, she found us the best mortgage deal and insurance deal, and processed this for us. Our case has then got handed over to Cassie, to continue helping us with the process.

The communication levels were very high and professional service was provided and its very cheaper than other providers and trustworthy.

Ryan Constantine and Laura Turney are super helpful! Explain things clearly as it was our first property! Would recommend.

Fantastic service from Meg Bell and Harriet Thompson. After selling a property and purchasing a new I was apprehensive about applying for a new mortgage. With the help of Meg and Harriet I got a Mortgage offer straight away. I was provided with estimated figures for what I needed even before my mortgage was applied for. Setting up the mortgage probably took no more than an hour of my time giving information and submitting documents which took all the stress and worry away from applying myself. Would definitely use this service again if I needed too.

Both Peter Hill and Dominic Challinor have been polite and helpful, always get back to emails promptly and do everything they can to help with any queries we have

We are first time buyers and have discovered the minefield that is buying your first home.

They were by our side throughout the entire process. Made us feel like no question was a silly one and were really clear, concise and professional.

They were easy to get hold of via emails, calls or texts and often went above and beyond responding really quickly (sometimes this was even at 21:30!) I did have a word with Vicky about work life balance :)

Fantastic experience on securing me a mortgage. I didn’t think I would be able to get one but Andy and Abi helped me every step of the way. Brilliant communication at all times. Abi was fantastic at calming me down and hen I was stressed with it all. They are both fabulous and would recommend them

Firstly my experience with Sharelle Taylor has been first class she has the right balance of professionalism and approachability. Going above and beyond to make sure I get the right product and being available for all questions and advice. I have already recommended Sharelle to friends she has made this whole process more digestible and explained next steps etc. I'm very impressed with the MAB app and Just Move In offer. The app has been very easy to use. I'm hoping the Just Move In is as good as it sounds too.

Finally Cassie Coats has been very efficient getting back to me and again helping along the process.

I'm hoping to continue to use MAB going forward for any future pursuits.
