Meg Bell kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, letting me know any updates and was always responsive to any queries I had. I was then put onto Harriet Roberts, to help discuss what policies would be best for me - again it was all made simple and easy to understand with regards to me choosing the right Life Insurance/Critical Illness Insurance/Income Protection cover - Harriet and her admin Abi Jacques were always available to help if ever I needed to speak to them.
