Received this yesterday. Can’t even squeeze it out of the tube. Have requested complete refund including shipping. If they don’t respond I will dispute through PayPal. Lame product. Felt like I was suckered🙁

Update: per PayPal they offered me a full refund including the shipping I paid but have to send it back and enter tracking number into PayPal. Not sure if I will do this. Spend more money to get my money back for an unusable product.

I finally received the product went to use it and the stuff in the tube is hard as a rock. This was a waste of money.

Wish I had read reviews before ordering. I would not have ordered. New the have my
$21.00 and I have two tubes that are OLD product and unusable!!!

In the US. Ordered 3 of these. It says the shelf life is 36 months on the label. These must be old stock from 5 years ago. I received mine and all 3 were somewhat cured inside the tube. Couldn't get any of the product out. Stuck a 4 inch screw in each tube and took all my effort to pull it out. Ripoff

I ordered via Facebook - silly me. Bought 4 tubes. Opened one sealed tube to patch an area, but the opening of the tube was filled with dry product. No matter how much pressure I applied, the safe mend would NOT budge from the tube. So, I thought it was a fluke, and opened a second sealed tube. Same thing happened. I contacted the company to ask for a return, and was told they WON’T refund me because I opened two tubes. However, they suggested that I soak the tubes in hot water. Since at this point I have nothing to lose, I tried it. Nothing. It is a sold mass of dried up spackling in a tube. Do NOT buy this product! This company has so many legal loopholes to ensure that THEY get YOUR money and you get nothing. Basically, robbery.

It looked fine when I applied. But it caked off the next day.

5 stars for the product 1 for price and length of time for delivery. free product not as expected and delivery expensive. sure I ordered 3 tubes 1 arrived. can't imagine I'd pay £28 for 1 tube. then discovered much cheaper on amazon so continue to buy and happy with it. nozzle is useless and not sure coverage area is as advertised but I was able to cover hairline cracks, holes and dents well.

This product is awful! I could not squeeze the product out of the tube. With much effort I was able to get out some, I had to throw away with lots still left inside.
As I read other reviews, I now see this was a scam. The advertising was very misleading and made it seem like it was very easy to apply. For the amount I paid, I would agree this feels like a scam. Next time I will go to the hardware store. Lots cheaper!

This company is a rip off! I was charged £14 for a so called free gift, the items of which were included in the original package with free postage, however the postage on the free gift was ridiculous!!
An absolute con, avoid would be my advice!!

the item is good but the cost for what little bit you get is outragious. i ordered 3 tubes and it didn't even cover a 1/3 of the problem it is only 2by4". i would not recommend it. for that price.

Safemend is complete garbage! Do not trust the video where they make it look like your icing a cake. This stuff is no better than spackle in a tube. It's thick as hell so forget using the extender tip for application as your hands will bleed before you get the product out. Even with the extender tip off, it's very hard to squeeze. When applying, it cakes up and falls right off the wall. I'm glad I tried this on only a small area first as I was ready to then tackle a wall if it did a good job. I finally finished two small areas that needed patching and it literally took me 45 minutes! Please do not waste your time and a whole lot of money on this crap! Go to Ace Hardware and just buy a cheap tub of spackle which will also be much easier to apply. I was fooled by the stellar reviews but at least I can now warn others. Ugh 😩

I came to the Trustpilot site to write this review because I submitted a review, on two separate occasions, on the safemend site and it didn’t record the two stars. The review counter kept increasing when I refreshed the page, but it never showed that 2 or 1 star reviews have been submitted.

Believe the reviews that say this is a scam due to the advertising that shows easy application of a product with gel like consistency. It is not as shown.

This is just like any other wall patch. However it’s more time consuming to apply it, because of the nozzle. Remove the nozzle and you may as well have bought the ready to apply wall patch in a tub. I took pictures to show that the web site does not post 1 or 2 stars, but there’s no place to post them.
I really wanted this product to work as shown because I have a lot of the dings and surface cracks that I wanted to touch up. I’m tempted to set the tube in some warm water to see if that will change the consistency. 😀

What you get is a tube with absolutely no information on it. Throw it away!! This is a scam. Just look at all fake a$$ reviews!! A Chinese firm scamming ppl. More importantly its 100% toxic and you cannot complain to any authority. Look at Amazon reviews (not rating), you ll see. It should be illegal to sell thi crap.

I'm calling it. Someone sat down and created a bunch of fake five star reviews. Not to mention many of the reviews don't use proper sentence structure. Wouldn't doubt it if whoever is sending the cheap Chinese knockoff crap are also involved in writing fake five star reviews pretending to be satisfied customers.

Just go to your local hardware store and get something that actually works instead of being scammed.

This company did not stand by its product. My product arrived late due to covid. It was rock hard and unusable. Safemend would not replace or refund. Poly filler saved me.

Messy. Too expensive. Useless once you open the tube.

I wish I could leave less that one star. TOTAL SCAM. I did not receive anything and gave them 7 months to deliver the goods. I was also sent a fake link to a courier tracking service to retrieve my goods as apparently they could not find my home, although I
have parcels arriving all the time. They didn't even have the decency to call me when I asked politely. I have reported them to the Ombudsman. The money paid was low but it is the principle of it.

It seems ok as a product but not really any better than any other wall filler. Expensive for the amount too. Also the applicator end is wasteful as it has no lid for that, so you end up wasting product. Wouldn’t buy again.

Ended up throwing it away you can't squeeze it out the tube like toothpaste it's to hard had to cut tube and it's so hard to even try and put it on the walls,am very disappointed in this as when you watch video it looks great and just squirt out but it doesn't.
