This stuff is amazing and it works. Simple to use and I have fixed hairline cracks, holes in wall and used it for grout between vinyl tiles in bathroom. Easy to work with and produces a nice white, smooth paintable surface. I use it for everything.

Not sure where the bad reviews placed their orders but I’ve bought several times from the safemend site directly and never had an issue. The delivery always arrives and the product is great. I’ve used it for hairline cracks, peeling paint, window sills and in larger holes in the wall where the rendering came away with shelf, it always works. The latter needed 2 applications due to depth of the hole but it my go to for any chips or cracks.

Found it brilliant ..replaced grouting at bottom of shower and repaired walls and ceiling s before painting. So easy to use ..no holder needed was a major plus for me.

TOTAL SCAM. Do not even buy. Did not receive anything. Was sent a fake link to some courier tracking nonsense twice. Luckily it’s low enough value and when I complained to my bank about this they (after investigation) refunded my card.

Thankfully I bank with a good bank. 👍🏻

Don’t waste your money, you won’t receive what you ordered. A generic Chinese brand of poly filler arrives with very odd descriptions on the tube (which doesn’t have much in it) applies like a toothpaste consistency but then when it dries it cracks so you have to apply another layer so I doubt it will last long. It doesn’t cover bubbling or peeling like it says on the advert. Luckily I only purchased one tube to try it out - won’t be purchasing again!

The product did not even arrive. Dreadful customer service. Waste of money. Avoid +!!

Awful product. It shrinks in the tiniest of holes. According to the FB advertisement it’s supposed to be waterproof but the dried product just rinsed off my hands in a few seconds so I doubt that claim. The main ingredient on the packet is talc so perhaps that’s why it’s rubbish, or possibly it’s some naff fake given the nonsense English on the packaging?
The FB page says it has a money back guarantee, but only if you pay for tracked shipping to California!
It’s a complete scam, avoid!

Agree totally received totally different product from China not even marked SafeMend called LONGFEI as far as I am concerned total scam
When complained told to return at your expense to USA with tracking of course cost more than the product to return from Australia
This product all over ebay and wish but safe mend saturating facebook with their advertising and videos so you order and get a fake product from China stay away

Total scam, avoid at all costs. The product you receive is not what is advertised - a small cheap knock-off from China, company 'Longfei' not 'Safemend'. The small, half-filled tube states it is good for 'cracks in wall turtles' and 'eye-punching on the wall' - what? Trustpilot is full of fake 5 star reviews for this site. The return address, a large house with a swimming pool in on a residential street in the US, have blurred the image on Steetview. Avoid.

Excellent product. Easy to use; just like their promotional. Their customer service is 5 star, plus! I ordered and received my order in less than a week! Highly recommend!

Total scam product. Advertised on Facebook, took two weeks to be delivered and turns up with half a tube and crap about turtles on the front? WTH!

Just as the other one star reviewers have said, this is a scam, cheap knock off. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY. I have requested my money back via email. I await their response.

Scam!! I agree with most people they selling a fake tube Wallmend advertised as safemend. They charge delivery fair enough however they have misold the product advertised as safemend. Not to mention the tubes are half filled. I did complaint and was fobbed off saying old stock. They should be reported to trading standards as falsely advertising a product. They seem to know the game how to con people as many wouldn't return the product with their own expense hence you end up keeping a fake product. I think that's absolutely disgusting. I have a good mind of reporting them to trading standards

I received mine thinking I could do the shower and round the sink as it stated when advertising but it looks like you can only do walls very disappointed

I should have checked the Trust Pilot reviews but I was also duped into thinking I was buying the “branded” version of the product via the website rather than the less expensive reproduced versions on Amazon. I wrote the company and requested a full refund and return label as I also received the product made by Anhui Longfei with the random “cracks in turtle shells” writing on the tubing. To be determined on their response.

Waste of money... and time. I should’ve just went to Ace Hardware and bought spackling compound. Thin and doesn’t adhere like the videos. Not thick enough to stay and fill a wide/shallow hole especially if it’s large. Trying to get a hold of them for their 30 day MBF is impossible. Stay away from this product made in China.

Sorry but I am very disappointed in your "wonder" product.

I filled a crack in a wall not realising that safemend was a mastic type of filler and so does not dry hard.

Because of this it is totally inappropriate as a filler of plaster walls.

I tried rubbing it down and it went all rough.

In the end I had to pull it all out and put proper filler in

Therefore I wish to return this for a refund

Ordered Safemend from their official website, rather than the cheaper looking Chinese version that I could get online for half the price. Was looking forward to my delivery. It arrived... and, guess what, my package contained the cheaper looking chinese version with non-sensical writing on it (says something about turtles on the front of the tube). I contacted Safemend and they said it is just their old packaging. I am disgusted and totally annoyed that I could have got some of the cheaper 'turtle product' for half that price on Amazon

I was literally fed up of chalking on walls but after using safemend’s wall mending agent, I can say this problem is not going to bug me anymore. Now I can definitely suggest others to go for this product for any wall related problems like chalking or any cracks. Thank you guys for helping me.
