Can't believe I was sucked into buying this. I opted for the two bundle and also a discount code which then meant by the website it would have cost around just over £17 which included a few free items of scraper and sandpaper. As you enter the next page it adds for another few dollars no more than just over 5 dollars you can add a paintbrush and grout pen I opted for that. Then it said you can get another additional free gift. I was suspicious at that so I ticked no thanks I don't like free gifts. As I pressed enter the sale went through without me being able to view cart before agreeing. Which then meant I paid double to what I thought I was paying with shipping fee and tax on top. I've worked in the credit card industry all my life and checked to make sure they had an address to contact and telephone number. Which then didn't have that sends alarm bells. But I still got dragged in.

Obviously a scam. There are several "verified buyer" reviews that are identical to each other but several pages apart, clearly hoping we wouldn't notice. I know someone who bought this and it was watery and absolutely terrible to paint over, nothing at all like they show in their videos. My friend ended up having to sand it down and redo the job with better filler. Save your money.

I have reviewed the five star reviews and they all share the same basic structural language patterns, with no sign of any individuality. They are clearly not genuine. Run like hell.

I was disappointed in the price for the amount of product received. Very costly once shipping is included. I carefully applied but some splattered out of the applicator onto my carpet. I think having the product in a tub with a spatula would be more sensible.

Product arrived today eventually . disapointed in the size of the tube for the money cannot see me repairing many walls with it like it shows in their advert. i did comment to the company after i had placed the order i was surprised to find i had to pay vat and delivery charges on top making it quite expensive. still we all have to live and learn by our mistakes. just hope the product lives up to the advert

I notice 5 star reviews just for leaving a reply that they ordered the product and can’t wait to use it.???
What a joke

I'm sure the product is fine, but Safemend seems to be just a dropshipping company. You can get the exact same product for far less on Amazon or eBay.

The product doesn't come as branded on the Safemend website. The name Safemend is nowhere near it.

It's a standard tube, made in China by Anhui Longfei and is probably shipped from there too. Apparently, it mends "Cracks in wall turtles", whatever that means. So again, this isn't a review of the product itself, but rather the company behind it. They are middlemen. If you want it, you can find it much cheaper elsewhere (without waiting weeks for delivery). Buyer beware.

Even their response is a lie.

No refund and no item! If you have three weeks to wait go ahead and order from them. Order placed in December, we’re in second week of January and it’s just made it’s way to UPS.

Tried to cancel within 24 hours when I realized 2-4 days shipping was a lie. Oh no, can’t cancel....too late. Then they wait another two and a half weeks to mail it.

Customer service representative i dealt with was horrible. Will add her name when I find it.

Cant speak to the quality as I’ve long moved on from this project.

I did not like this product, it did not go on the walls like in the videos and painting over it is an absolute nightmare. It just shines through the paint.... It is completely over priced, you're much better off just buying normal filler. I also commented on a post on their Facebook page saying similar so they blocked me from commenting! Do not buy from them.

Total scam! I would not use this in my home for safety purposes. The packaging said "Wall Mending Agent for Cracks in Wall Turtles, Eye Punching on the Wall". It is from China and called Longfei Waterborne Patch. So much for the story behind the company of SafeMend.
Save your money.

These people are obviously a scam. The fact that they are showing people some amazing 5-start testimonials, apparently, is also a scam. This is their website so they can show there whatever they wish, even showing 'verified buyers', which is ridiculous. This review might not be shown on their website either so I am going to place it on Google reviews too. They keep ignoring all your messages and their 'live chat' gives you the same automated response: 'Our team is currently away. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm PST. We will return tomorrow and assist you as soon as possible.' - but I keep writing to them on weekdays and within usual working hours! Anyway, do not fall for these scammers, way too many out there. Such a shame.

I bought following seeing an ad and received nozzles for the filler on the tubes which dont even fit properly and fall off when the slightest pressure is applied.

I recently paid over £17.00 after seeing an advert. I received my order by Royal Mail and it contained a very small tube of filler, a small plastic scraper, a piece of sandpaper and a very small brush. All of which I put it at a value of £5 maximum. Beware purchasing from this company. It's nothing like that being advertised. You can buy the product anywhere for a few pounds. The rest you will already have in your shed. Beware
