Very good service

Top service. Offered the best price online, packaging was received quickly and the inspection was done the next day. It was approved within a few hours and money received the next day. Really impressed with the service and communication. I rarely leave reviews, but Sala Phones absolutely deserves it. (T-31307)

They was great, had an issue with payment, but the issue was found quickly and the money was sent over quickly!
Not sure who I was emailing but they was very helpful and seemed to try and resolve the issue quickly so I could get the funds.

Having previously used other online 'phone recycling' sites. I trusted this process would be very seemless, simple and straight forward. Much to my disappointment had this been my first experience I would definitely NOT sell to one of these sites again! The communication has been poor. At 15:09 I Recived an email to say device has been approved and money sent for payment (5 hours after tracked parcel was recieved). I appreciate we can all get busy but 'Sala Phones' Do not deserve to be busy. At 17:00 I recieved an email to say;
'you have been paid'.
Now 20:00 and still no payment I've now checked through your emails properly and am very unsatisfied and disappointed see the smaller print say most payments clear on the same day! 'normally within 2 hours of payment sent'
however can take up to 2 working days.
Not acceptable.

I sold my phone to sala phones expecting a fair process. Instead, they claimed cosmetic damage, refused to provide the battery health or cycle count, and demanded £25 just to return my device; an excessive and unreasonable charge!!

I have video evidence showing the phone was in excellent condition, and they have still not provided the battery cycle or health information I requested.

The company’s pricing is inconsistent - they stated: “We have just been informed that the good price has changed within the last 15 mins as that price was decided by our manager only 30 mins ago when looking on Compare & Recycle.”

Communication has been contradictory and unprofessional throughout. I cannot recommend this company until they improve transparency and fairness in their process.

My phone was sent in excellent cosmetic condition, supported by video evidence. The images you provided do not reflect how the device left my possession.

You only provided the battery cycle count (40) after several requests, which raises questions about transparency.

Your offer of £160 contradicts your own website valuations (£216 for “Good” condition, £231 for “Excellent”), which customers can verify themselves.

The £25 “return fee” is excessive compared to the actual cost of postage, and was not clearly disclosed at the point of sale.

I stand by my original review. I do not believe this process has been fair or transparent, and I hope other customers are cautious when dealing with this company.

I would like to update my previous review and say that I am now very happy with the customer service and the outcome of the issue that I had. I would recommend this company . Just be careful when you tick the new box it means brand new . I thought it was used but like new/ excellent. If there is a problem with the grade of phone you to send them, then you will have to pay £25 to get your phone back.
