I'm a runner who developed under-heel pain (suspected plantar fasciitis). The flexible orange insoles cradle my heel and provide arch support. I wear them at all times, including around the house. Aft... See more

I have had medial osteoarthritis in my right knee for about three years. I have tried all sorts of pain relief creams, sleeves etc but nothing really helped. Since I purchased the Salford insoles my knee pain has reduced significantly.
Definitely worth a try for anyone who has similar pain issues. Highly recommend.

Excellent - had bought a number of different brands which were soft and cost less, but the Salford insoles actually work. They felt slightly too firm on the arches when I first tried them (I have soft feet) but I got used to them on the second day, and definitely got used to being pain free. 5 stars but I would give 10 if I could.

Delivery and packaging great. However, I had to wear the insoles to find out they are very uncomfortable and do not help with my Morton’s neuroma.
I emailed the company hoping for a return, a partial refund or at least a discussion but they can’t seem to even be bothered to reply. Ordered 3rd jan, email sent 16th jan. no reply as of 25th jan.
Update, reply received 26th Jan offering refund on return which I will do. Will update again in due course.
Update 3rd feb. Refund received and all is well (despite insoles not being suitable for me)

good quality product that works. Very pleased.
Arrived quickly and the product is of good quality and will no doubt last a very long time. A lot cheaper than the insoles I had custom made and they seem to do the same job of correcting my supination. I have now bought several pairs:

A longstanding customer. Very helpful phone advice and prompt delivery. I use the blue ones for my knee post knee replacement and find they fit in all my shoes. A great product thank you.

I have used Salford insoles before. Arrived well packaged, and they reliably deliver quickly. These are good quality insoles to meet NHS prescription needs . They are long lasting and washable. Not cheap but I find very effective in reducing pain on walking or standing.

I have suffered with knock knees for years, and have recently found walking more difficult than usual. Instantly felt the difference when I wore the insoles. Will be buying a few extra pairs for different shoes!

These insoles.have literally saved sanity. I got shin splints before a walking holiday. I used the insoles to fix my foot posture and correct the issues I had with bunions and claw toes. No, it doesn't cure any of these things. But it helped me recover from my shin splint in time to do the West Highland Way. I never wear anything without them and I've just bought 2 more pairs in the Black Friday Sale .

I rang the company and spoke to a very knowledgeable man who gave me advice I have relied upon. My insoles arrived promptly and I have used them ever since with good results.

Company rang me before processing my order to make sure my order was correct due to placing 2 orders in quick succession.
Ordering process quick and simple.

a great experience all round. first the company were a pleasure in that they did exactly what they advertised and were extremely efficient which I find is very rare. secondly the product (blue insoles) are truly amazing. I am not given to hyperbole but these insoles have been transformational. all the joints in my right limb were agonisingly painful following 3 failed joint replacement operations. following these failures the NHS were hopeless and I have tried many many different pain relief options all at best with limited success. I was sceptical before purchasing the salford insoles and my expectations were very low but they have had an almost magical effect on aligning my foot so that it is less flipper-like. as a result the pain in my foot, ankle knee and hip are significantly improved. I can now walk further in less discomfort and whilst I still need a stick for balance i lean on it less and my gait is considerably better. I consider these insoles as essential to my life.

I have medial knee osteoarthritis and my consultant recommended Salford insoles. The pain in my knee was affecting my life as it meant I could not walk far at all. Well I got the insoles and put them in my walking boots and the difference was almost immediate. I could again walk distances pain free. The improvement was so great I have bought a second pair for the trainers i wear for general use. I can't recommend them enough if you have knee pain.

Great product at a fair price. I have been using these insoles for running after a serious ankle injury and they have performed great. Extremely durable and I have about 100 plus miles using them. I will be a return customer. Its tough to find non custom orthotics that work well and I am happy to have found these. Thank you for getting me running pain free.

Bought these to help with over pronation
Was surprised to get some relief with my knees too. Tried with foam insole but didn't work as insole moved to side of boot. Removed and now all good. Would really like a couple more pairs of these but cannot afford at moment. Great product.

Easy to order. Fast dispatch. No problems at all.
The inserts have definitely helped. I walk the dog for over 2 hours most days. We walk in the fells and other areas in Cumbria. They are easy to remove and insert into whichever hiking boots I wear. Would highly recommend, thank you

Ordered the insoles with the bar. This was a repeat purchase as I had used them before. Was happy to use them again because their product JUST WORKS.

Great service and great communication. I had quite a few questions regarding size conversions to U.S. sizes and the agent answered my question quickly.
The insole works great. They are a little slick when my son's feet sweat for basketball. His feet slide around a little and he developed a blister. He decided to put the insoles in his daily shoes and has had no issues with blisters.
His osgood schlatters pain has gone away and I believe a major culpret is his flat feet and overpronation. These insoles definitely help.
