I'm a runner who developed under-heel pain (suspected plantar fasciitis). The flexible orange insoles cradle my heel and provide arch support. I wear them at all times, including around the house. Aft... See more

I was surprised how instantly effective these were having tried some cheap ones from Amazon which hurt my arches. Feeling more balanced as I walk especially on a softer surface, I hadn’t noticed my deficiency until it was corrected! Already recommended them to my sister who was using a more spongy variety, on examination of these she exclaimed they were just what she’d been looking for and ordered. I thought the material would attract foot odour initially but 4 weeks in they are just fine. I’ll likely order another pair as it’s a hassle swapping them between footwear when walking the dog. Great product and thanks

Called for advice and Paul was super helpful and full of knowledge. Paul advised me on the best insoles for me and what I was experiencing. I had looked around and saw got some quotes that were unaffordable but then found Salford insoles who are very affordable. They are super comfortable and have literally changed my life. I’m pain free when working moving around, will probably get a spare pair for convenience

Really easy to order, the product itself has significantly eased the pain and discomfort I was feeling. Hasn’t eradicated it but makes it bearable so I can continue to work as normal.

From email consultation to delivery and use, Salford Insole were excellent. These insoles are high quality, durable and provide the support my consult required. I even ordered a pair for my son. Highly recommend using Salford Insole.

I bought these insoles because I have osteoarthritis in my knee. The walking is more comfortable, and I wear them in my walking boots. The only problem is that the soles are rubber and make it impossible to slide my feet in walking socks in my boots easily. The socks are not taught underneath my feet and it takes a lot of pulling on the socks to straighten it out, so I wish the material was smoother, especially when wearing in walking boots. If you did insoles in a smoother material, I would definitely buy another pair.

Thank you for the reply.
So is it a 60 day free returns policy on all items ???
Website says 60 day return very clearly but then when you read the small print it's 14 days.
I hope they reply to this review with an explanation

Podiatrist told me to buy these insoles and that there was a 60-day returns guarantee. However, they arrived with only a 14-day return. I tried them a couple of times and didn't get on with them. I was too worried about missing the return window to try them further. Maybe I would have got used to them. Podiatrist was disappointed to hear that the returns policy isn't what the website states predominantly (the 14 days is only shown if you go to look at the returns policy).
UPDATE following response below. Here is the website returns info. It makes states clearly that there is only 14 days. I did make contact, as required, and was not offered any longer, but I didn't ask as the info was so clear:
Returns and Refunds Policy
We will try our very best to help you make an informed purchase from Salfordinsole.com, but we are more than happy for you to return items if you feel they are unsuitable.
We have a 14 day return period (not just working days), calculated from the day your delivery arrives with you and during which we would ask you to contact us either by email on *** or by telephone on 02476 939915 if you want to return an item.

Excellent.
I suffer from foot pain caused by over pronation, exaggerated by high volume running and cycling. After spending a lot of money on ineffective custom insoles from podiatrists I decided to try what looked to be a too good to be true low cost option (The Salford Arch Support Insole). They worked!
3 weeks later I’m now pain free and feel great. Comfortable, simple, great arch support and low cost. I’ll be ordering another 2 pairs for my other shoes.
I have knee varus and LATERAL WEDGE INSOLES did change my life + insole material is high quality ( anti odour) .
I also appreciate that they are produced in U.K.
Keep up the good work!

Awful cheap rubber souls. Don't be fooled by 'used by nhs'. Only reason NHS uses these is they are cheap but even so sold with a massive mark up. They should be 99p. Such cheap rubber they give blisters, didn't help with my bunion. Waste of time / money and now have a blister to show it. Don't waste your money on these. Tried to contact for a return but no response.

I have been chasing for a refund for 3 months now with no reply. The return was tracked and delivered to your facility in December. I’ve sent several emails with no reply.
Following an accident with a chainsaw I was left with a badly damaged left leg,the tendons to the three outside toes were cut and my achilles tendon was severed.Following surgery I made a good recovery but also ended up with the outside of my foot dropping which resulted in considerable knee pain. I am a keen walker and this all really upset me more than the original accident. I did some research and called up Salfordinsoles and they were very helpful. The soles arrived and I put them in my walking boots and straight away I could feel the difference, within a week all the pain had gone and now I am back to walking in the mountains again as if I had never had an accident. Totally brilliant, thanks for a great product.
These insoles have absolutely saved my shins. I suffered from shin splints for years and nothing seemed to work. I bought 3 pairs 4 years ago and have not been without them since and have just ordered some more so that I don't have any shoes without them!
At first the insoles feel uncomfortable but after a week of wearing them, my shin splints completely went and there was no pain at all. If I ever forget to put the insoles into shoes, I end up is huge pain by the end of the day, the insoles make such an amazing difference.
The fact that they are plastic and washable is also a huge bonus too.
Purchased the insoles for hallux rigidus and they have been a game changer. I have no pain in my big toe when wearing them and have even tested this by wearing shoes without them. So happy I found them.
I bought a pair of these insoles for flat feet, I have worn them for a few days , I now have pains under my arch and for the first time in my life( I’m 88) I have pains under in my heels.
If they were ok I would have ordered several more but not now.
