I'm a runner who developed under-heel pain (suspected plantar fasciitis). The flexible orange insoles cradle my heel and provide arch support. I wear them at all times, including around the house. Aft... See more

Bought up a pair of insoles but they were unsuitable, wrong size. I tried to take them up on their 60 day return policy but they have not replied my emails or my phone calls. Every time I have called them it goes straight to voicemail. Eventually I sent the soles back in their original packaging back to them, in the hope of getting a refund, but have not heard anything. So I am out £29.99 and the cost of postage to send them back, which was £3.95. So I’m out of pocket to the sum of £33.94. What a shame. Do not buy from this company as their return policy is not worth anything.
After I wrote this review the company refunded me the cost if the soles. But it should not take 5 weeks of chasing them and a bad review to make them refund me.
These insoles completely cured my shin splints and got my marathon training back on track. They allowed me to complete the event pain free. Thank you for making it possible!
Speedy delivery, excellent communication and great product

I have a small podiatry practice in Warwickshire and have been using Salford Insoles for many years now. The company is amazing to deal with regarding delivery and any concerns and the products keep getting better and better.
As a mechanical specialist, the Insoles that Salford produce are a great starting point for any correction that a person with injury or in need of realignment can have. Great value for money would always recommend this company and will be using them forever more.

Really had high hopes on these insoles but they are terrible insoles.
My plantar fasciitis pain is just worse. The insoles haven’t helped at all.
Waste of money to be honest and threw the insoles in the bin.
Would never recommend.

Payment, delivery and quality were very good but I can’t rate any higher than 1 star due to the poor returns experience and lack of customer service. I found the insoles painful and emailed to return them. After chasing, I eventually got a response with a return postal address. I returned them in the original packaging and paid postage but never received any acknowledgement or refund. I’ve since emailed twice to chase up on this and have not received a response. So I’m down the cost of the insoles and the cost of return postage and have no product. Because of this, I can’t recommend this company.

Received the product quickly. Well made. Supports my foot well. Only time will tell how long they last. Had to return an item. Customer services was good. Overall would recommend.
