Not good, they have a fake sale countdown timer that keeps refreshing every 2 hrs, no phone number to call, they advertise as if they are in London but are actually shipping from china, stay clear of this website, I knew the prices were too good to be true

I ordered a cashmere cardigan in the sale based on facebook reviews and recommendations. The money was taken straight away, but the product took almost 1 month to arrive. It’s crap! Definitely not cashmere, probably not even wool. Quite thin with thick mass produced seams that will show through the fabric. Buttons nothing like image shown. Not worth contacting the business given poor service in order fulfilment.

Don’t buy this from this site. The item is completely different from the original description - very poor quality material with no size/brand/clothing tag, and the completely wrong size. More importantly, the shipment process is very slow. (I think this is intentionally slow.) The item was finally arrived after 22days from the purchase date. I contacted to the seller to return/refund due to the poor quality item, but the seller only accepts the refund if the item is sent back to their warehouse in China within 30days of the purchase date with paying the postage cost at my side, which is impossible to fulfil.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Instead of an expensive cashmere cardigan I received a flimsy misshapen synthetic looking garment. The return is to China and I had to pay for the postage. Should have checked the reviews first, lesson learned. But if I do not receive a full refund, I will make a further research who I can report them to. They keep changing trade names - Sam Wear UK is one of them. Another one is Hilda
