Very unhappy with sandals as the Velcro’ on the right shoe kept coming undone but they had only been tried on in the house luckily but I have not been sent a return label after several emails and photographs have been sent via email and I am getting fed up of it now as I have a right to return the item as the shoes have not been worn.Would not recommended.

Good service. Shoes weee slightly too small due to European size discrepancy but was very quick & easy to swap for correct size at pick up. (I’m size 9 uk which turned out to be 44 not the usual 43 )

Speedy delivery
I was happy with the speed of delivery. However I have returned my order as they were not suitable. Will make another order at some point as I was impressed with the website and choice of foot ware. Hopefully the refund is just as speedy.

They arrived quickly and all was well until I put them on.
One strap on the left sandal is longer than on the right and is quite noticeable. I am disappointed to say the least.
