Santander fooling Financing options:
Santander fools the customers with its zero % rent options and payback in 10 months. I tried two times to process in Mediamarkt (MM) and my application was rejected, though it was just EUR 1000.
I raised the issue with MM and Santander management by email and still got poor response. Their reply was not convincing at all.
They mention the zero % interest option as an eyewash but to force the customers to go for the high interest rate options.
Pay attention!!! This could also be a strategy between MM and Santander to fool the customers.
Though I had a financing with Santander 4 years back which already paid, so an existing customer.
Poor management and mislead the customers.

My bad experience was recently and I have sent a details email to Santander about my financial situation with the attention to your Management. I advise you to check my emails. I am sure Sandander fooling and misleading the customers.
I saw zero interest with payback in 10 months. Thought to use it for just EUR 1000. If your guidelines does not allow for my EUR 1000 financing, then high time for your Management to think and review about your compliance. Good luck!!!
Hope customers pay attention on such misleading promotions by Santander. I will raise this issue further.

Rude Customer Service Representatives
The representatives there are not helpful at all. We have been chasing Santander because the contract they sent to sign, we couldn't sign because of same error coming up everytime. Called them several times. no resolution.
Avoid them at any cost

I'm very satisfied with Santander's service. Whereas at another bank my application for a loan was rejected without providing any explanations, at Santander, the guy who took care of my application was willing to call me multiple times and to listen carefully to what my situation was in order to truly understand if it was possible for me to take the loan. So, I really appreciate the effort they put on understanding my situation before making their final decision about the loan. It was also a very efficient process, cause everything was worked out in less than a week.
