Fantastic experience from start to finish.

It was everything and more. Such a magical experience and the staff make that happen.

We loved every second of our trip. We done two nights and in hindsight had I known our last day was super short (we got picked up at 10.30am) I would have preferred 3 nights. Santas Lapland was an amazing company overall- well organised, really clear and informative, and lots of fun packed in. My only negative really is the food and drink choices were little and not very nice (at least for my family we didn’t enjoy the food)

We did the 2 nights 3 day package and stayed at the star artic hotel. It was perfect from start to finish.

The staff, the hotel, the views, the country, the search for Santa day… wow wow wow.. I cannot recommend enough.

Not once did we feel cold even in -26 it’s an experience we will remember forever.

Simply magical! Without doubt one of the best family holidays we have been on. From the facilities to the activities and staff, it was outstanding. The Finnish people are beautiful just like their country; the landscape was absolutely stunning. We knew we would enjoy ourselves but was not prepared by just how much. Our three boys are begging to back. The organisation of everything was just perfect.

Exceptional customer service from airport to airport. Amazing attention to detail made the trip.

We did the Santa’s Lapland Auroras package. From start to finish it was just amazing and magical for everyone. The elves were great from stepping off the plane to the end. Santa was just something else! Kids were mesmerised.
The husky ride was absolutely amazing the highlight for the adults! Just long enough on the extended package definitely worth that bit extra.
The hotel was in a great location and with the longest toboggan run that takes you down to the town was great fun! All the timings worked well for the trip. Food was ok, definitely take some snacks if you have fussy kids like us! Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone. I have a few friends booking on for next year after seeing out pictures! A truly fabulous trip to Lapland, worth every penny! Dusty the elf is fabulous!

We travelled without children to celebrate my 60th birthday...
We had the most amazing time. The team made sure we didnt feel left out of any activities eventhough my husband has mobility issues.

This was a truly magical holiday, from check in to arrival home it was just amazing.

There are too many highlights to list but the Ice Bar, the Husky Rides & the Elves were out of this world.

The only slight lack of magic was that the food was a bit mediocre (Although tasty and plentiful) and that the actual Santa visit could have been longer and a bit more special, been as this was a visit to Santa's Lapland!

Overall, an unbelievably magical trip that will leave memories that will last a lifetime.

Wot can be said about Santa’s Lapland other that amazing and brilliant from start to finish they when above and beyond for making our Lapland experience magical. And a big shout out to our ranger gingerbread Jesse she made our boy’s experience amazing 👏🏻👏🏻

Our adventure with Santa's Lapland was an absolute dream! The entire trip was so laid-back and enjoyable, completely worry-free. This is one holiday that our family will talk about for years, especially for my kids, aged 5 and 6. The husky and reindeer ride were the highlights for the kids. Watching their faces light up... priceless.

The staff were friendly, super helpful, and just knew how to make everything fun. Everything was super organized. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was incredible.

From booking to travel and location we were really looked after. Amazing team and an amazing break can’t recommend highly enough.

A magical family experience which has created special memories for us all.

I travelled as a single parent with two children with additional needs. My top tip if you are in this situation is to avoid this company and go with another tour operator.
I had flagged my situation and the disabilities at the time of booking. Whilst I expected some inevitable challenges I had not anticipated how unaccommodating Santa’s Lapland would be.
Bullet points of main issues:
* No reserved seating for parents travelling alone with children, therefore I was unable to sit with them. Due to their age and disabilities this was extremely challenging.
* Situated in accommodation the furthest from the main area. Again due to childrens age and disability this was challenging.
* No help with luggage. Therefore I had to transport three suitcases, three carry-ons and two disabled children on/off all transport, to/from accommodation
* Briefings etc are given to adults with the expectation that one adult attend or in some cases remain on the coach whilst the other adults and children exit the vehicle and wait outside. This put me, as the only adult, in a very difficult situation
* The Gala dinner times are significantly later than the usual times and too late for young children. We were the last sitting and they had already run out of most of the starters. By the time we got to the main course the starters had been cleared away and they were about to start removing the mains. The entertainment didn’t start until late.
* All meals are a buffet, therefore I had to leave my children alone to get them food. We were seated far away from the buffet so this was a concern. The same goes for getting drinks from the bar etc. Having a table reserved would have been helpful.
* Our Santa meet was considerably shorter than advertised which was incredibly disappointing
* The elves at the airport are very ‘in character’ and interactive. My children are happy to watch this but are so literal that watching an elf walk off with their bag was distressing. Unfortunately I was off trying to find our other luggage so wasn’t able to be there when this happened to aid communication etc
* We had one suitcase each way opened and items stolen (they were padlocked, padlock removed). Despite flagging this to staff and their assurances they would deal with it I never heard anything again
I could go on but those are the main points.

From the ease of booking by helpful and knowledgeable staff to the wonderful enthusiasm from every last one of the airline crew. Santa’s helpers were brilliant in resort and every activity was very well organised. We took our 8 and 5 year old grandchildren who we feel will remember this for the rest of their lives as will we. Adults .. remember tissues when meeting Santa 😊.

We booked a visit to Santa's lapland as special magical once in a lifetime holiday. We were not disappointed. We have just arrived back and we had the best 3 days ever. We were all so sad to be coming home.

The experience from straight after boarding the plane was amazing. The amazing airline staff, played games and sang Christmas Carol's the whole flight.

When we landed the Santa's Lapland reps took over with the magical Christmas feel.
The whole airport sang 12 days of Christmas while waiting for our bags to arrive.

There were even more sing-alongs on the coach to the hotel.

We stayed at the Star Arctic (Santa's aurora) hotel in Saariselka the rooms were lovely, clean and extremely warm with the most comfortable bed. Eco friendly toothbrush and toothpaste packages were a added bonus.

Getting our snowsuit and gear was extremely easy and it was very comfortable and very warm.

All activities and staff were fantastic. All the staff made it really magical. I couldn't recommend this company enough.

We have already recommend the company to several family and friends.
