Great service, very helpful advice, everything delivered on time and correct

As I want to DIY my sauna I have purchased various part including the glass sauna door. The items arrived on time and they are good quality.

This is an excellent service, providing very good products at a reasonable price. Friendly, helpful, and cooperative, with prompt delivery. Andrei took great trouble to get my order to me in good time. I got excellent advice about fitting up my sauna room. Highest praise.

I’ve never built a sauna before so this was my first attempt. I had looked at several websites when planning what to do. After I received my samples I decided to order the majority of my materials from Sauna Timber. I have now fitted the 126 strips of Alder panelling and not one piece was damaged or sub standard. In the past with other wood working projects I always order a few items spare to allow for damage. In the case of Sauna Timber this was not required as every item was 100%. The delivery and customer service was fantastic as well. I’ve got my sauna now but would have no problems whatsoever recommending them. Well done. A very satisfied customer.

Fantastic customer service throughout the process, from initial inquiry to final delivery. We were kept brilliantly informed during each stage. I have no hesitation in recommending This company for all sauna products.
His advise was excellent.All I had to do was give him the dimensions of the room,
He then advised me of how much timber and all material I needed to complete the room.
All communication was informative and 1st Class.
Delivery was very reasonable and fast as we live in the West coast of Scotland.He operates with a great software package which allows you to track your sauna Delivery.

A brilliant company. I can't recommend them strongly enough .. I bought from Sauna Timber on two occasions, firstly a window and vapour barrier, and secondly timber for benchs, a vent cover and other accessories. .
On both occasions I spoke directly with the owner who gave direct, straightforward information and was unbelievably helpful and informative.
The goods where of excellent quality and the delivery was rapid. In the case of the timber I ordered it on a Wednesday and was called the following afternoon to be told it would be delivered in person bt the owner that evening. I live in southern Scotland and the company is based in East Anglia! .. Incredible!
