Beware - No thickness dimensions on the pop-down…
No thickness dimensions on the pop-down menu and and unless you scroll down to near the bottom of the page (initially off-screen) you don't see any other options than 15mm thick boards. The 11mm boards are the last 3 on the page. I asked the company why there was no thickness listed on the pop-down menu and there was a big sigh over the phone and told it would be "too much information".
What???? I immediately wondered if the man sighed because he's heard this complaint before? The 'solution' he gave me was to spend a further £50, in total, in postage/packing for me to get the right thickness. This was twice the price of the goods. No thanks. Seriously not impressed with their customer service. I found them unhelpful and the sighing rude. I would NEVER use them again.

Yes, we do keep drop down menu simple, there is lots of information available in description such as nominal dimensions, thickness , length, coverage etc. We have not had any complains regarding unclarity in description until this moment.
Correct, 11mm product is located at the bottom of the page as it is least popular one, but there is nothing wrong with it, perfectly fine panel to use internally.
We've sent you the exact product you ordered, unfortunately you did order the wrong size, in this case we can not cover return fees, I am very sorry about that.
We would love to deliver a better experience next time.

Absolutely fantastic service and goods!!
Ordered a sauna door on Wednesday and it was delivered direct from Sauna Timber.co.uk on Friday morning!. They let me know when in was coming and gave me a time for the delivery (and they were bang on to the minute). The door came wrapped well, and easy to install.The door was installed within an hour of it being delivered and it looks GREAT!!
The hand delivery only cost £26.00 from Cambridge to Doncaster and because we paid cash on delivery we received a 3% discount on the order.
Absolutely fantastic service!!
Would use again any day!!

Price wise ok, not cheap but not expensive.
Quality of wood is 2 out of 5. Lot of damages hidden in the middle of packs. If you ask for replacement - your request will be rejected with excuse that wood does break. What??? You paid for bloody things but not what you have been offered. Must check all individual packages as they sell planks and other materials from different batches, probably from different suppliers..., so materials you have purchased will not match on: widths, length, colour... etc.
Do not bother to ask them for discount - you will become enemies. Invoice - have never been provided, pack list has been sent instead.
So, my view is: AVOID!
It's many others supplies in the UK who will take care of you and will care about every penny you had spent. So, aftercare is zero! One single transaction cowboys - no trustnest between buyer and seller.

Very surprising review, we have not received any complain from Alex after his purchase. Our products are always top quality, as it is a natural material you will never find 2 same planks, texture is always different, colour might vary slightly, it is not plastic or metal parts that are always identical.
The fact is we have been trading for 4 years and never ever had a single issues with the wood quality.
