This shower of thieving scum bags need to be dealt with legally to ensure they are never allowed to trade again either as themselves or by association. UK legalities are too weak and it will allow these moral less (insert appropriate swear word here) to continue under another trading name. Fortunately I managed to obtain the hatchimals I ordered but had to order no less than 5 in total from four different sources and only 2 were actually delivered. (Had to pursue a refund via eBay due to another dodgy trader) And why can't I give zero stars?

Scam! Order with company and they guarantee delivery...but don't deliver! Then claim they have no resources so you need to claim a refund via your bank using a chargeback. They must have ruined 1000's of people's christmassss!!

I ordered two separate items - one on the 2nd of Dec and the other on the 5th. After many emails and attempted phone calls (never an answer), I gave up and reported to my bank who have since refunded me. This company, I believe, either had no intention of delivering anything they advertised, or could not cope with the demand placed upon them.

I will never buy from a website I haven't checked up on ever again.

I ordered some Lego for my son on the 28th November, the money was debited from my account on the 29th and goods were due to be delivered between the 8th-12th December. The delivery date came and went, and when I asked for update, I was just told to be patient. I was advised that all deliveries would be made by the 23rd December. I advised them we would not be home as of the 16th and asked for a refund, which was ignored. On the 21st December I contacted them again to ask for an update and was told that my order had not been cancelled and that goods would be delivered on the 23rd. Finally, on the 22nd December I received an email confirming my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be processed within 24hours, and that funds would clear within 5 working days. Unsurprisingly, this didn't happen and I have now had to get my bank involved to recoup the money.
It is appalling that knowing they were unable to fulfill orders, they continued promoting sales on their website and were still taking orders on Boxing Day?!

Do not use this company. They take your money, don't send you your goods then say they will refund you !!! and i'm still waiting for refund.

Savvibuy have ruined my Christmas! Everything that is posted n here is true!

I would never buy from them again, I was told my order would be, guaranteed for Christmas, after I telephoned to check their stock. It's now 3rd January and still nothing.

No manners or even the slightest courtestsy to pick up the phone or answer any of my emails, whilst I stress myself out!

I am disgusted, hence my bank has been contacted, as have the fraud office, certisy of my bank........... hence Savvybuy is fraudulent to say the least.

I ordered a Christmas present on 7th December. I was told about one week for delivery. By the 21st still no sign of the item. Eventually got an email promising it would arrive for Christmas and not to worry. Christmas came and went still no item .
Got an email telling me I have to sort out refund with my bank.
3rd of January still no item or refund.
Worst online company ever.

Orderd mavic pro drone on debet card £1.100 they took the money straight away and was told I would receive it by the 22nd of dec but did not arrive. Then was told it would be latest 23 Dec did not arrive . I then request refund the emaild me to say it had been issued but have not received it yet been to my bank and they can't do anything for 16 days by law and that company knows that

Ordered a game for our grandsons christmas present on 22/11/16 and have e-mailed them seven times since. We have had two replies promising the game before Christmas. As yet nothing. It's clear that this company is nothing but a rip off.
The website is now closed. There's a surprise.
There is a number to call but as I'm sure you have guessed this to is useless.
Shall have to pursue this down other avenues.

I placed an order totalling over £200.00 for a Hatchimal and Furby connects for my kids Christmas present on 3rd December. I was guaranteed delivery between 12th and 16th. That delivery never came, I tried calling the company only ever got down to number 5 in the queue then a automated message would kick in. I emailed, they replied explaining the logistics of why my order never arrived but guaranteed it now within 5 days... it never arrived. Received an email absolutely promising delivery on 23rd December, I replied and said if there is any doubt this delivery won't arrive please inform me as these are Christmas presents for my children from Santa. The response you will absolutely have your order on 23rd, Santa never fails!
That order never arrived and never did they have any intention of getting my order to me. On Christmas Eve morning I found out they were a scam and my children had no Santa presents and Savvibuy still have my money! They have ignored every email I've sent requesting a refund of my money. These people are a con and have no remorse.

Worse than 1 star. Took orders and money from thousands before Christmas but failed to deliver despite numerous false emails giving delivery dates. Many children left without their presents. Also have the cheek to blame anxious parents / customers for harassing them. Told everyone to claim money back from banks as they are too busy to process refunds- thieves and liars. Now their website has closed.

Bought 2 trolls for my daughter and a friend, these people were more than happy to take my money, and kept promising different delivery dates but no trolls came! Shocking when they had no stock and no intentions of sending anything.

Ordered 3 vr headsets for myself and 2 friends in November. Rang savvi and was assured if my order was accepted then I would be guaranteed my delivery. When I followed up the order after a couple of weeks I was yet again lied to and was told I was guaranteed my order by the 13th. Got an email with Black Friday excuse and when I rang again was guaranteed 23rd Dec for delivery. Since then an answer machine !!! Mr Savvy you are a guaranteed con man and I will never order anything from you again. My bank has informed me of the form filling procedure to claim the £1000 you quite happily and very quickly took off me. To which I have had to prove my claim !!!! What a joke....

I would give them a 0 star rating if there was one. This so-called company (also trading under AdvanceTech amongst others) will happily take your money knowing they have no intention of sending you the goods you ordered. They have disappointed thousands this Christmas. Take my advice and STAY AWAY

Was told I would receive my fit bit by the 23rd. When this didn't happen I emailed them, I got a reply straight away, great I thought. Then I received a 2nd email telling me to cancel my order & contact my bank to arrange a refund. I messaged them back, wanting advice as I've never done this before. Nothing! I now can't access the site to cancel my order. Fuming!

There needs to be a 0 star option. Never use this corrupt site and company

Do not buy from these, they are thieves and take your money without delivering the goods. Watch out as they have probably gone in to liquidation and will come back under a different name! They have stole from thousands of people!

The website was very easy to use and I bought my product in no time at all at the beginning of December in plenty of time for christmas. The email confirmation contained a tracking service link which is usually useful however this never worked or was even updated. My delivery window came and went with no word from them other than me chasing and trying to call to actually speak to a human which was impossible! I emailed to chase and had two responses from customer services to confirm it was a third party delivery issue, however this had been sorted and I was guaranteed my delivery by the 23rd December. The 23rd came and still nothing, again I tried to call and automated voice told me due to large volumes of deliveries my parcel would received on the 24th December, obviously this was never received. On the 27th December I was sent an email to apologies for the delay with information on how to get a refund, again I tried to call but an automated voice told me my parcel would arrive between the 3rd-7th January a month late! No chance I wanted a refund but you can't get it through Savvibuy as they clearly don't even have the resources to even process refunds. I went through my own bank for a chargeback payment which took over 30 minutes on the phone to arrange but it was worth it as I now have my money back.
I would never recommend or ever use this site again they are extremely poor, quick to take your money without being able to send the goods or have the staffing to take customer calls. Useless doesn't even begin to describe them!

Do not buy from Savvibuy. Bought an iPad as a Christmas present. They took the money straight away and emailed me to say it would be delivered by December 13th. When it didn't show up I emailed them and was promised it would be with me by the 22nd. I contacted my bank who said they had numerous complaints about this company. Needless to say it didn't arrive. They have emailed to say they are 'reviewing' my order. Should the police be closing down what appears to be a big internet scam?

Bought the wife a laptop. Same story due to be delivered prior to xmas. No show. Email received on the 27th Dec. Saying next delivery dates in Jan. But if I wont a refund contact my bank and ask for a charge back.

So who is behind this company. Whos the Director, management team etc. Appreciate lots of people have been shafted but Ive not seen one official body trading standards, citizens advice, police etc pass comment regarding firms legitimacy. Have they bitten off more than they can chew or is it rogue. And can those responsible be named and shamed.

Are the banks realistically going to refund our monies in due course.
