Angry

Was told would be 13th Dec after 3 phone calls and 4 emails was told 23rd nothing, have sent 5 more asking for refund and today had email sent back and there web page has shut down. My autistic son ordered a PlayStation VR and paid £370 out of his saved DLA money and that's what hurts the most. This needs to go to Watch Dog and get these nasty people to answer us

The worst company ever promist to d …

The worst company ever promist to deliver a hatchlmal by 12-16 December then by the 23rd by it never arrived. They should be ashamed of themselves haven't got our money back yet. But I was very lucky and got a hatchimal from a local toy shop. So you don't have the satisfaction of spoiling my granddaughters Christmas. You bounce of horrible people.

I ordered a Sony Playstation VR Headset on 6th December 2016 with promised delivery by 16th December. The money was taken from my account on 7th December. The item was never dispatched. The company didn't refund me even though I had several emails telling me they had processed a refund. Finally, they sent a generic email saying claim the money back from the bank it was paid from, which is what I did. I would not recommend buying anything from Savvibuy.com after this awful experience.

I ordered a food blender for a Xmas …

I ordered a food blender for a Xmas present and was told delivery would be 18th December, when it didn't arrive I emailed them and was told it would be 23rd December, still it did not arrive. I got an email from them on 27th December telling me to cancel the order and chase my bank for the refund ! I have now found out that this company is running a scam, taking advantage of people spending their hard earned money at Xmas, not delivering the goods and not refunding the money. No doubt they will now disappear and reappear under a different name next Xmas, hope they get caught and prosecuted.

Long story short.. I purchased a hatchimal with next day delivery. I didn't receive my item after countless excuses so I cancelled immediately. I am still waiting for my refund of 80 quid. I have since received an email instructing me to get a charge back from my bank!! This speaks volumes as they clearly don't have any money to refund their customers. My bank have been great so far I can open a dispute against savvibuy on the 5th January (15 days after non receipt of goods/refund) to claim my money back. I am bloody fuming about the whole thing. And to think some parents couldn't afford another main present in time is just disgraceful savvibuy. Please cease trading and just sort out the big mess you've got yourself in as we all want our money back. Merry Christmas eh??!!

Took my money, havent delivered, havent refunded me

I would give this company zero stars if possible. There are a lot of disgruntled customers. I ordered an item at the start of December, i chased for its delivery two weeks before christmas and was emailed the week before christmas to say that the company had been overwhelmed with orders due to black friday/cyber monday, however they GUARANTEED (in capitals) that our orders would be delivered at the latest, Christmas Eve.
NOTHING! The company has an automated message on their customer support line and no response to my emails.

Broken promises

They had a Cyber Monday deal on PS4 Pro with VR bundle that seemed too good to be true. And it was. They were initially responding to messages asking when I might expect it to turn up and repeatedly guaranteed delivery before Christmas but it is now the 28th and still no sign of it. And their website is now down. Just glad I paid using a credit card so getting a refund should at least be straightforward.

This company disappoints small children

I placed an order with this company savvibuy on the 8th of December and paid £88.00 for a hatchimal which is retailing at £59.99 on other sites. I though because of low stock else where i would pay extra and get a guaranteed delivery.

I was promised would be delivered for Christmas. I then gets an email on the 21st of December to say , we are sorry for the delay but we GUARANTEE this item will still be delivered bye 23rd of December.

The 23rd came and went and so did Christmas and the only toy my child really wanted did not arrive for Christmas.
So thank you savvibuy for ruining another family and child's Christmas.. I wonder how many people you actually disappointed??

As a few others have wrote in there reviews I really hope this puts your greedy company directors out of Business as you should all be totally ashamed of they way yous so easily took everyone's money but did not deliver and products..

Please do not touch this company if it's still In Business as it's the most disappointing buying experience I have ever ever came across.

Untrustworthy and dishonest (Avoid at all cost)

Having ordered a present on the 4th of December (A relatively small and easy to deliver present) I was not at all expecting to be with out it on Christmas Day. However, when it didn't arrive between the 11th and 16th as was originally promised I received an email of apology which included the message, in bold letters: you are GUARANTEED to receive your order before Christmas. This proved not to be the case, and I have since been assured (By an automated message!!, as all of their customer service contact points are unmanned!!) that my gift will arrive between the 3rd and 6th of January 2017, as though that is any use to me at all?

Surely a company should be able to recognize that it is receiving orders faster than it can hope to deliver them long before excess orders are placed?! Nor do I suppose this behavior to be uncharacteristic for this time of year?!! This is not the service I have come to expect, and is particularly annoying due to the magnitude of the money spent. Dickheads!!!

Awful human beings who would rather lie than be honest

Was assured my order would arrive in time for Christmas. My order would 100 percent arrive on time. Then when it was late they gave their promise that it would arrive the following day. Do you think it did? No class A horrible lying company who take your money and dont care if they break little children's hearts. I hope the company goes bankrupt lying horrible people.
