Failed to deliver within allotted time. Emailed me to say they would then deliver on 23rd December. Still failed to deliver. I tried to ring them, but just got an automated message. I tried to email, but they just fobbed me off, telling me to claim money back, via my bank account - again, this was just an automated response. I have reported them to the financial ombudsman and am in the process of taking legal action.

Additional - I searched for the address of the company, but the postcode does not match the street.

As all other reports - avooid at all costs. Hundreds scammed, please use common sense and search google / Facebook search / twitter search....Local papers have covered the car crash that is this place. They also have "iswegway" as another branch of scamming....avoid that too!!!!

Ordered my daughters Christmas present on the 12th December with a delivery date of 14th to 18th. Had an email promising delivery by 23rd and then on there answer machine say by 24th and guess what!!!!! No delivery. My daughter who I only get on weekends had no presents from me. She was gutted I was totally devastated and it caused upset in the family. How can they get away with destroying children's Christmas's like that. I WANT COMPENSATION and a personal apology. They don't know what upset they have caused. #worsechristmasever

The item I orderedwas GUARANTEED for 22nd Dec. Then an email stated the 23rd. Nothing arrived. I emailed, nothing. Rang on Christmas Eve to get a message stating couriers would have the items delivered by the end of that day, nothing. Then I get an email today with instructions on how to get a refund! First and last time I'll use this 'company'.

Update 29/12/16: Either they've taken the website offline due to the deserved flack they are receiving or they have ceased trading. Either way, it's gone. Phone call to my bank tomorrow I think. It's also telling in that they don't seem to be responding to any of the reviews on here.

I don't know how is it possible in this day and age when every ones under the microscope for something as none important as parking tickets, this. Company can do this to us and the authorities let them get away with it!!

I wish I had seen some of the reviews for this company before I placed my order with them for my sons main christmas present. I have made numerous attempts to find out when my purchase will be delivered but have had no response appart from a recorded answer machine message reassuring me that it would arrive by 24th. The item never arrived and I had to take my son out this morning, boxing day, and buy it again. I dont know how i am going to get a refund as my login doesn't work and my calls are not being returned. Please do not waste your hard earned money by buying from this company, it will end in tears!

So angry and disappointed that a company can send emails out to customers giving a guaranteed delivery date and keep up the pretense that presents would be delivered in time for Christmas what a let down

I ordered a hatchimal on 21st November and was promised it would arrive 12th December that date came and still no hatchimal tried to ring the company several times and could not get any satisfaction . finally realised it was a scam had to ring my bank and they cancelled my account I am now going through the whole fraud thing . I have 4 children and my husband has recently lost his job so this Christmas has been very difficult I can not believe these awful people scamming everyone especially poor children at I hope they rot . PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered my only child the PS4 VR glasses for Christmas. I was promised they would be delivered no later than Dec 22. I kept emailing and received no response. SO..I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed "SavviStealers" again to inform them that I was refunded my money & the bank is investigating. All of a sudden Frida emails me back, telling me that the order would be at my home that day or absolutely the next. SO.."I should be comfortable telling my credit card company. That it was all a mix up" Really!? No mix up..the order never came!! You ruined my sons Christmas!! You ppl need to be put out of business! You are a disgrace!! You make me sick for ruining ALL these children's Christmas! I can't wait for karma to return unto you..what you have done to soo many!! YOU SUCK!!

I have an absolutely devastated 10 year old who now thinks Santa must hate him! I am a lone parent with no other family and saved up for a long time to buy him one big present at Christmas. This has been a really hard year for us and I couldn't afford many presents, so I went for buying one special present .
I ordered at the end of November from savvibuy, they were only £5 cheaper but that was a lot to me.
I paid extra for quick delivery and it was promised by 9th December. Despite constant emails, it never arrived. As all the messages below, they kept promising it will arrive in the next day or so.
Of course it never arrived . Christmas Day has come and gone , their answerphone now says January..despite an email saying it was with the courier and would be there by the 25th.
I couldn't afford to buy any other presents as I have ploughed all the money I'd saved into this. My little boy, who,has learning difficulties was devastated and now thinks Santa hates him and he must be a not very nice person.. far from it he is so sweet.. he has been making fairy houses out of driftwood and selling them to friends to make the money for the tree this year!
How anyone could be so unethical and let children down at Christmas is just beyond my scope of understanding. When a friend said today are you sure it's not a scam, I was just shocked and started looking up these reviews.
I am still hoping this is a delivery error.. but I'm starting to feel a bit of a fool!

Told delivery 11-15 Dec. email to say 72 hr delay. Then told 23 Dec. Guess what. No delivery. Scam scam scam

Rang and checked stock before placing an order online after they assured me they had a Hatchimal. Was told delivery would be BY 16 December. Didn't receive tracking information but did get a general delivery delay message so on 16 December rang, moving from queue position 39 until getting through to voicemail. Left two messages, one at 09.30, one at 10.30. Got a call from Savvi around 20.00 that night saying delivery would be 21 December. After trying to get out of them if it was delivery BY or ON that date (which seemed to confuse the hell out of their customer service guy) he said BY. Guess what? STILL no delivery, no tracking information. VERY disappointed seven year old daughter. Am now on holiday so not even home IF they deliver. Shocking ripoff. AWFUL customer service. Daylight robbery. GUTTED.

Like my others ordered my kids item early on December , emailed guaranteed 23 dec, we won't let you down at Christmas they said! I had a hunch it wasn't coming when I tried to track my item and the item didn't seem to exist! So I delved deeper, company incorporated only 80 days ago the manufacturers have slammed them not legit stockists if customers did get they was fake! I've gone the legal route get my money back - how could anyone do this to ppl st Christmas you absolute scum of the earth savvibuy and you disconnect your phone lines as dead when you call! We have been had over people 😩!

Ordered VR headset on 10th Dec & paid for guaranteed delivery by 18th Dec. Never arrived. After contacting - received an email 100% guaranteeing before Christmas. Then an email saying it would arrive by 23rd Dec, but no tracking info. Guess what, like everyone else it never arrived. Reported as fraud.... thanks for ruining my little boys Christmas.

I ordered a PS4 VR Headset for my son with a delivery date of 16-22 December and, after my ex husband trying over 50 times to contact them, we had to rush out and buy something else for my son. I'm so angry about being scammed that I'm going to contact the police and Trading Standards and I urge others to report them too. 😡😡 They're just crooks

I ordered items in November 2016 same old story order is delayed but will be here by 23rd December. I did not trust them so did a charge back from my bank in case they clear out their accounts or disappear before I get my money back.

I believe this company has no stock and have been taken peoples money in order to start their business giving scum bags opportunity to get a bit of stock but not the popular items they havd been selling on their website. Or alternatively they have been taking peoples money to fund their private criminal lifestyle. The problem we have in this country is that when criminals find loopholes with the system they will abuse it.

Never buy from them go spend your money else where unless you got money yo throw away.

I ordered a Hatchimal for my daughter for Christmas. I should of never ordered from this company that's overseas. From day one I've asked numerous times for a tracking number and haven't received one yet. Ordered this as a gift for my daughter for Christmas the first week in December and still no Hatchimal.. I called and reported what happen to my credit card company.. Everyone should report this to your credit card or bank and get a new card..

Don't order from these scamers, they make promises about del dates, keep changing them, never provide tracking info, no need to yell & curse, will be wasting my time, can't see him / her or them face to face so I can deal with them personally! Chase Visa fraud div will investigate, @ least I will not be charged in the mean time, just will hv a very disappointed kid that will not get the Hatchimal they wanted, but that's the world we live in, if that's the worst thing that happens to my family & I this holiday season we are truly blessed, Happy Holidays to all the gd people of the world! This is not a case of a company who have been unable to cope with demand. The Facebook Group "Unsatisfied SavviBuy Customer" has 2500 members - myself included - all with the same story: order placed, money taken, order confirmation received with no tracking number "guaranteeing" delivery by 22nd Dec, followed by an email saying "Couriers overstretched, orders will be with no on 23rd", followed by an email on 23rd saying "everything will be with you today but Couriers may be delayed until Sat 24th. We really care about you, we promise your items will arrive in time, Santa never fails" or similar... and then no goods delivered.
Their phone line has been changed to an automated message, they don't respond to emails or Facebook messages and have blocked people who have continued to post questions on their Facebook site saying, "Why are you still advertising items for Christmas delivery when you're unable to deliver orders already taken?".

Only gave 1 star because you can't leave zero.Hace contacted bank for a refund, contacted Trading Standards, Action Fraud &BBC Watchdog.

Absolutely gutted. Ordered my boyfriend a Playstation VR from here, and it hasn't arrived for Christmas, nor will it ever arrive. Ive now found out its a scam. So I've lost almost £400 and my boyfriend has no Christmas present. I am so upset!! What can be done to take this company down??
