Total scammers

Ordered within plenty of time, informed deliveries were behind but guaranteed to receive before xmas. Nothing received. Tried to contact only to get a answerphone message. Awful service- this company should be made to compensate people for the many children without there presents this xmas.

Fraudulent set up

This is a company that has not delivered any items. Unfortunately it is a scam, which will back fire on the
Owners. If you have paid by credit card you may be covered to get a refund. My credit card company are ensuring this is refunded to my account

Don't buy from this company

Ordered presents on the 9th December, now 24th December @ 6.30 and haven't received a parcel.

So many promises that they defiantly would be delivered by the 23rd December, thieving horrible company, this won't be left I don't live so far away believe me they will wish they'd delivered my ordered.

Looks like we're not the only one to be let down by this company

As so many other stories here, we were told delivery would be within 5 days and the last day being 22nd.
When it didn't arrive, we contacted the company, who said it would be the 23rd.
Then received an email saying it would be 24th.
It's almost 6pm on Christmas Eve and our son's present is still not here.
I do hope the delivery driver works late on Christmas Eve.
If something is going to be delivered on one day, then another, then another, you'd think they'd have someone answering the phones when they have so many of these problems.
Let's wait for midnight mass and see what happens, otherwise we'll ask for a refund too.

Continued non-delivery and broken promises

They promised delivery between 16-22 December. Then received an update saying it would be 23rd. Phoned the office and only got a voicemail saying all deliveries would be delivered by end of the day and at the latest on Christmas Eve. It's now 4.55 pm and surprise surprise, it hasn't arrived! There will be one disappointed granddaughter tomorrow. Not a very Happy Christmas and they have my money to boot!

Scam

I ordered 2 things from Savvibuy this past Monday, they assured me it would be here on the 23rd and it didn't come. I called my bank to get the number to the company that supposedly was sending the items, no luck in them answering either. I have emailed and called Savvibuy with no response. I have contacted my bank and I am taking action to charge them back. I am sad as this was a Xmas gift.

Savvibuy-almost ruined my Christmas

Clearly an online 'company' ran to try and scam people. An absolute disgrace and I had to involve Sage Pay to get my money back. Avoid using Savvibuy and spend your money elsewhere. I have never really reviewed like this before but I just couldn't believe how quickly they took my money then lied to me over and over again. I have read reports that the 'company' is the son of another company and he uses their name as his front and operates from his mothers house. Avoid Savvibuy and then they will go out of business.

The lowest of the low

Ordered my item from SavviBuy on the 6th of December as their website and company seemed good but what a mistake. After trying to contact them on countless occasions (emailing, phoning) I looked them up on the internet and got many many more stories about their service. From my investigation it turns out they are a small electrical retailer in Rotchdale. Not a warehouse or superstore but a small shop. It now appears that they have preyed on people's trust at this special time of the year and upset and duped many people. All I can say is that it is deplorable and low. How these people can sleep at night is beyond my comprehension. Totally disgusted with their company and their attitude to their customers as they took the money knowing full well they would not meet their commitments . I am now putting a complaint into my bank to try to recover my money. I wish I could have found this out sooner to warn others.

Robbing b**tards

I'm from the Republic of Ireland and contacted Ulster bank with details of the playstation vr I never received. Got all the dodgy emails assuring me I'd have it by Christmas.. the fraud department are dealing with it now... bad enough my 10 yr old son will be gutted I just pray I'm not out of pocket too.
Apparently they have to provide proof of delivery or have to refund.. fingers crossed.. dirty rotten scum to do this to kids at Christmas!!
