ABSOLUTE F.....G SCUMBAGS...Spent my really HARD EARNED Money in GOOD FAITH only to be takin for a ride by these trolls but hey at the Karma Cafe they serve only one meal...you'll get what you DESERVE so you'll have your comings. May God have mercy on your rotten souls...stealing little kids presents at X-Mas, how low can you sink you bunch of filthy f.... May your X-Mas dinner give you some sort of incurable disease...SHAME ON YOU...SOMEONE SHUT THIS F..... COMPANY DOWN PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a VR head set and other items for my son for Christmas and was suspicious of the site as I could not get one anywhere else in time for Christmas. However I work for an on line company I had our tech guys check it out and they say it looked ok so I bought it on the 9th December and got an email telling me it would be delivered between the 12th and 16th of Dec. So no concern there, when it didnt arrive I emailed them and then called them only to be put in a cue and then when I got to the top of the cue was told noone was available to take my call.
Then got an email telling me they were running a few days behind and had taken on extra staff to cope with the business period and that my order would be delivered on the 22nd. Guess what it never did so I emailed and called again same thing, got an email telling me it would be delivered by the 23rd. Its now the 24th and nothing .... Looks like this company has caught many people ... typical ... just keep assuring people so that we dont report them and they get as much money as possible .. would be surprised if they are still there after Christmas. As it is I bought it on a credit card so will see how that goes, I have never been caught before,

Ordered 2Hatchimels and PS4 Headset on the 7th Dec, guaranteed me before Christmas it's now 24th Dec and nothing has arrived, received emails saying running a few days late but will guarantee you will have them for Christmas, Liars and theives, should be shut down before they take anyone's else's hard earned cash

PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM ( iIF IT IS ACTUALLY EXISTANT ! I ORDERED A FURBY FOR MY 6 YEAR OLD FOR XMAS ON 4th DECEMBER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BETWEEN 16th AND 20th .... BUT GUESS WAT IT DIDNT ARRIVE . GOT FOBBED OFF WITH SOME EMAIL THAT THEY WERE BEHIND WITH ORDERS . I THEN EMAILED THEM FOLLOWING WEEK AND GOT A B......T EMAIL SAYING RESASSURED YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BY 23rd . I HAVE ALSO RANG THE NUMBER AND LEFT AN ANSWER PHONE MESSAGE AS IT LEAVES YOU IN A QUEUE FOR BOUT 5 MINS AND SUPPRISINGLY SAYS NO ONE TO TAKE YOUR CALL ! I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE AND FUMING . THIS COMPANY IS A FARCE AND I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL ACTION . ! 😡

Ordered Nesspresso coffee maker in good time for Christmas with online promise of delivery for 16th Dec..Nothing arrived.
After e-mail contact they said they were now prosessing the order and it would be delivered by 23rd December Nothing arrived.
Their recorded message phone system is programmed to keep you in queue and then at position 2/3 direct you to send an e-mail; or auto repeat that due to high demand your goods will be sent next day by courier --- but nothing arrives.
Christmas ruined.
Avoid this company.

Dishonest company. Taken cash with no goods delivered. Like many 100s of other dissatisfied customers. Should be closed down.

How sad to read all your reviews ... we were scammed for a PS4 V.R .. £350 lucky on a credit card ... get on to your banks and get a charge back now .. they have well gone and no chance of a refund ...nasty lot scammers !!

I placed my order on the 26th November and still no delivery. Contacted them on the 20th Dec via email, they replied essured me that it will be delivered on the 23d. Today is the 23d 23:00 and I have nothing. The thing is that it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I fill so much upset. This is a first time in my life I am caught by scam. I reported to the police about that fake company and recomend you to do so on actionfraud.police.uk.

i have not received my goods, nor had any contact with them. very sad for the children

Ordered a Sony PS4 VR Headset on the 13/12/16 as it was my only hope cos I could not get this item anywhere so was delighted that I tracked one down at last. A couple of days later sent them an email reminding them that as I was from the Republic of Ireland would my order still be delivered on time for Christmas as it was a Santa Clause present for my young son. My email was acknowledged some days later assuring my order would be delivered on time but were experiencing a backup of orders and were taking on more staff to deal with this. Emailed them again on Monday 19/12 again voicing my concern with delivery time and on Tuesday 20/12 received an email informing me that my order was being prepared for shipping and would receive a tracking number within 24/48 hours.
It's now 23/12 and no delivery so emailed them again to cancel my order and issue a refund immediately.
I'm now uncertain as to what's going to happen - will I get my money back...that remains to be seen.

Taken the money but no delivery. Just promises that have not been delivered upon. Really think this is a scam, and as the wife paid by debit card sor I guess we will be out of pocket too.

Worst of all no present for my son this Xmas.

Ordered an item 3 weeks ago - have had my delivery date changed 3 times. They don't respond to emails and are not helpful. Would strongly recommend you rather use "Very" / Argos / eBay or Amazon. Rather pay the extra for piece of mind. Disgraceful service levels, unprofessional which I feel amounts to daylight robbery as they do not honour the sales agreement originally entered into.

Emailed the company in November to check they would have the item I wanted in time for Christmas. They responded straight away starting definitely in stock and will be despatched no later than 16th December. Still no item and now they don't answer the phone for me to get a refund. Now need to get my son a different present and too late to source what I actually wanted. Now have the hassle of doing a VISA dispute because this useless 'company' cannot be bothered to answer my call to get my hard earned cash back. Merry f'ing Christmas!!!
Scammers and dreadful service...avoid at all costs!!!!!

Ordered on the 5th of December and still nothing. After leaving many voice mail messages over the past week, and a few emails, I received a reply by email yesterday offering sweet apologies and assuring me my product would be delivered today by courier, and that the courier would text me with my delivery window. Stayed in all day, and sweet F.A has been delivered and I've had nothing from any courier service.

Tomorrow I am reporting to my bank, and in the new year I am making Trading Standards aware of this robbing web site.

Hatchimal ordered at the start of December with expected delivery date of 13 December. I received an email on 12 December stating that they were running 72 hours behind schedule and my order would be with me either within 72 hours of original delivery date or by 23 December. NO DELIVERY TODAY. 8th day of waiting in for a package that appears will not be arriving.

I bought a couple of items of this firm at the end of november and received no item. Avoid this firm like the black death they are not worth the hassle and have basically ruined xmas for a lot of people. I have now managed to re order from a trusted company who are no liars and also advise you with the truth and dont fob you off. If you have bought from them my advise request for a refund and speak to your bank they will sort and pay you back the money you are owed.

Ordered a ps4 game for my lad on the 28th of November guess what it''s not here and won't be before xmas, iv'e had 1 email off them saying it will be guaranteed before Xmas guess what it's not. I will now have the hassle of trying to get my money back and my lad will be without his game. Please everybody avoid this company at all cost it''s just 1 big scam they need reporting to trading standards for sure, God knows how many people this company has ripped off (if it ever is 1 I doubt it a dodgy backstreet company from Rochdale) you will not get through on the phones they just cut you off and just send 1 e-mail to think that your getting your order which will never arrive, Do not give them 1 penny scam scam scam!.
