Communication, lack of.....

Absolutely disgusted with the level of service this Company have. Ordered two Christmas presents over three weeks ago only to be told that 'black friday' had a severe impact on their deliveries - it isn't the first 'black christmas' surely you should have been prepared, now two of my family won't be getting their xmas presents - thanks a bunch you pathetic example of a company!

And STILL no delivery.

At a time of year where the Savvibiy can capitalise on increase sales and with this, give great service to ensure repeat business, they have failed.......miserably.

Poor communication, broken promises......thanks for making sure our daughter wont get her main Christmas present.

We ordered months ago and you still haven't delivered.

Get your act together or don't expect to remain in business.

Fraud

There are no comments saying anyone has received anything from this company. They defraud customers by taking money from thousands of customers worth millions. This money is then put to use elsewhere, making them a tidy profit. Then they refund those who ask for their money. But not before making a substantial profit for providing nothing but misery. Clever scam.

Disgusted at the level of service

I ordered an item as a Christmas present due to be delivered 17-22 December. Been emailing and calling and keep getting told that's on its way. I can see that my item hasn't been shipped yet so fat chance of it arriving in Ireland on time for Christmas. Disgusted with the level of service.

How can a company operate this way?

Placed an order on this website for an Xmas gift and the delivery window was 12th-16th of December. Perfect as we are going away for the holidays on the 20th so it meant it would arrive in plenty of time. Always got to allow a few days extra for hold ups with courier services this time of year. Delivery window came and went and no sign of it. Contacted Savvibuy and they explained they were dealing with a backlog from Black Friday/Cyber Monday 3 weeks ago and it would definitely arrive before Xmas. I cancelled as I could get it from elsewhere and received it very next day. Can see that many other customers are in the same boat and are waiting for there deliveries promised before the Xmas weekend. Good luck guys I wouldn't hold out to much hope. Any supplier deciding to send out all there orders (probably not going to happen anyway) the last shipping day before Xmas expecting them all to arrive is dreaming. This company clearly bit off more than it could handle and even when the ship had begun taking on water they were pushing advertising to take more and more orders which is only going to cause more issues for dispatch. Hope I get my money back.

Avoid!

I placed an order end of Nov.to receive an email my order was confirmed then to receive an email regarding delivery cyber weekend ... I should have received it by Dec 13th. Called the number to be placed in a queue then to voicemail. This is a scam. I can't believe I have been robbed.

Thieving scammers

Looks like these theives are making headline news! Total scum, you see a good offer! Pay your money...for Bose headphones, don't recieve them, get an email saying sorry for the delay! Mario strikes again! Told I would have a refund .. guess what no refund! I am contacting sage pay, my banks fraud dept and also putting a complaint to google, Twitter and Facebook for allowing these fraudsters to advertise ,I hope savvibuy has a very unhappy Christmas just like all the people they gave stolen from !

Had an email today from mario, reckons my refund is procesed and it will hit my bank tomorrow! Hmm think I smell bull ! Will update again if said refund appears

Just had,(I guess we all have) a generic email from these clowns saying to use chargeback from your bank, what low life scum can't even stump up the refund

Do not buy from them

My bank fraud department will be the next people to contact these people. They take your money, but you get nothing to show for it. It's now 7 days after the latest date of their delivery window and no product. The order is still sitting unfulfilled, you can't contact them, it's just an answerphone. Do not use them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid Avoid Avoid. My nose should have gone off when they wanted £6 extra for using my visa. After initial order confirmation nothing from from them. Tried to telephone but stuck in a queue which counts you down to a voice message. Eventually they emailed me back to give me a date after the guaranteed delivery date. Tried to contact them to say this was no good but back to the telephone farce and 48 hour emails. Do not even think they have the stock.It does not take 3 days to pick an item. Have now tried to cancel but no link to cancel from my order confirmation so have left messages. Watch this space. Just glad I paid by VISA!

Do not use this company. It is a scam. So upset that my daughters will not have the Hatchimals I ordered at £79.99. No toy, no reply to emails. Very upsetting.

Don't order from them!

My orders should have arrived 10 days before but they apparently have had issues with their courier so it was delayed. They couldn't give me a new delivery date. They do not respond to all emails and their number is pretty much redundant as my 19 calls in the past 2 days have resulted in no answers. They have some bogus automated reply which says their agents are busy and you are in a queue but the results of waiting in this "queue" always end up going to voicemail. At this rate the order will not arrive by Christmas and my numerous requests to expedite the delivery were ignored.

Absolutely appalling "Service". I an extremely annoyed that I used this site! I would advise everyone thinking about ordering with them not to bother unless you would like to ruin your holiday spirit.

Cowboys

Ordered a Hatchimal 22nd November, promised delivery by 12th December. Decided to cancel 9th December as this is obviously a scam. 3 times they have promised me a refund, it is now 21st December and no refund.

They have just sent me an email saying delivery will be with me by 24th December which shows they aren't refunding me anything and also funnily enough the item will be delivered the last day before Christmas when they know they can't be contacted when it doesn't turn up.

I expect this company to fold after Christmas so they can do a runner with all the money fools like me have given them for items they had no intention of sending.

Absaloute SH**

I spent all my christmas money almost on my kids on this website nothing ever arrived and doubt it will. I can get my money back but not many presents under the tree this year.

wish I had read the reviews

Placed an order on the 5th December, they took my money on the 6th. Delivery date was between 12/16th, phoned on the 17th (actually got through) to be told it would definitely be with me on the 19th (today). Tried and failed to phone over 20 times today to get a rough time or a tracking number only to get to number 3 on caller list before be instructed to leave a message. Unsure how I can cancel my order when they don't answer phones or emails? Not looking forward to putting a IOU under the tree for my sons

Taken money.. No delivery!! Do not buy!

I placed an order on the 29 Nov. This was to be delivered between 8-12 Dec. Nothing! Emailed them.. Nothing! Tried by telephone - each time I get yo the 2nd in the queue I get put through to a answer phone. Left numerous messages - nothing! So disappointed. The more reviews I read the more I realise that I hainv many others have been victims of a scan. Mortified!

Hatcnhimal Order

I placed an order for a hatcnhimal on the 21st November. It was supposed to be dispatched on the 16th December but, after contacting the helpline, it was delivered early on the 2nd December 2016! I'd like to say a massive thanks to Mario at Savvibuy for making one little girls Christmas!

STAY AWAY!!! i ordered an item and still have not received it trying to get through to them to cancel my order!! they don't pick up its a scam absolute fraud!! reported to federal agency!!
