I like many people here placed an order which has been charged to my CC but the item has not arrived. i can not get through on their customer service help line. I got a generic email about Black Friday and Cyber Monday related delivery delays. This looks like a scam company and today i have asked my CC to raise a dispute transaction. So avoid this company especially if you want it delivered for Xmas. Spoke to my bank this morning and was advised action fraud and police investigation underway way. I was encouraged to report it to add weight to the case so thought I would share Action fraud number with others. 0300 123 2040.
Time we help the authorities give this company what's coming to them.

I like many others wished they had read these reviews before placing an order with this company. The apple watch ordered did not arrive on time and when I called the company to get an update they stated I was in a queue and then it went to a voice message. I was instructed to leave a message and I did this twice with no reply. I have sent emails and again no reply. After trying to track my package with no joy, I did some research albeit late and guess what I have found that this is company is not genuine. I will be contacting trading standards and the credit card company I used.

My advice to any future purchasers do not waste you money or time on this scam company.

I have ordered a IWatch from this company and i wish i had read these reviews before placing this order, they took my money the same day i placed the order, but they have not delivered the item.

I have called them on numerous occasions to find i cannot get through on the phone, and when i do they hang up straight away, except for once when someone answered then left the phone on the desk for 4 minutes and then hung up.

I have called AdvancedTech who are showing on my bank statement as the company who took the money, they are unhelpful in the fact they say they cannot offer a refund and it is there sister company Savvibuy that is responsible.

After failed attempts at getting a response via email and the issues on the phone i took to commenting on the FB page only to find my comments have been deleted, i have them commented again asking why comments have been deleted only to find that these comments have also gone.

I have no contacted my bank, who are unfortunately very aware of this company and have had numerous calls from other customers, this has now been placed as a query with the fraud section of the bank who are preparing to pay my money back in the bank but not before christmas!!

To anyone who is reviewing this company before purchasing goods - please do not use them, you will lose your money and not receive your items.

I don't often write reviews but really felt the need to warn people not to use this company, after numerous failed promises of my item I have requested a full refund, in which I am still waiting for. if I don't receive this refund within the next few days I will be contacting my bank to investigate fraud. I am extremely unhappy, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..........

Ordered an item on the 29th of November. Excuse after excuse why delivery cannot be made. No delivery. Very quick to take the money but not so keen to deliver the item. After yet another unkept promise to deliver this week I called Sage Pay and have reported the company. It appears they have a large number of complaints about Savvibuy. Avoid this scam like the plague !

i Placed my order on the the 28th November, the same as the other reviewer on here apart from the confirmation email of the order I had not heard a thing. phone them on around the 8th December heard excuse like "we are busy in our warehouse you know" but ensured me the order would be sent out or before the 12th December for next day delivery at the latest would be received 13th December these where clearly empty promises, the item did not arrived whats more when contacting them again today by phone after and 44 and a 41 min wait i got through to someone that claimed all systems are down and they could not do anything so i took to social media to find out the order would not be dispatched for another "few days" SavviBuy are quick enough to take the money for goods but seems they don't care when they have your money. I have now requested a full refund and order else where (over £10 cheaper i may add) still waiting on email to confirm the refund but i would advise everyone to stay clear of Savvibuy at all costs.

I have ordered a playstation for my children for christmas, delivery between 11th-15th. Email today to say its delayed. Tried to call to query new date as unsure wether to cancel order as other reviews for this company are terrnible! to be told systems are down. I smell a scam here, money came out of bank 11 days ago by a company called advancetech?!! I will keep you informed!!!
**Update** after being told delayed by 72 hours, then 5 working days, then that it will arrive before christmas?? i have no faith in their promises so have cancelled my order. I will never use again. Now waiting for my refund (promised within 5 days) lets see!!!
****11 days later, still no refund, my bank are investigating and are refunding me, never use this company!! Nothing short of theft!!***

Horrendous experience with this company. Placed an order on the 1st December, other than a confirmation email of the order I haven't received a thing. I have heard every excuse under the sun via their Facebook page. It seems they are ripping people off left right and centre. The sad thing is that most customers items are children's Christmas presents. I have now requested a refund. Fingers crossed they manage to do that. I shall keep you all posted!

Ordered an item for my cousin's Christmas, was given the range of dates for delivery as 11th Dec to 16th Dec. No email of it's dispatch was received by today, the 12th, not even in spam/junk. I commented on their Facebook page mentioning this, and that if it didn't arrive by the 16th, that I was going to cancel my order and request a full refund. Returned later to find the comment had been deleted, so I made a new comment, asking why the original had been deleted as it was neither libellous nor spreading rumours about them. Waited about 5 minutes and refreshed the page to find not only had the second comment been deleted, but I had been blocked from the page and could no longer comment.
Following this behaviour, I have now insisted I want my order cancelled and a full refund, and if they do neither of those things, then Trading Standards will be contacted and I will go through my CC company to get the money back.

Edit: I have received my refund, but am now being threatened by the company, saying they are going to sue myself and others, for defamation, despite everything being said as truth. Whilst I believe this threat to be a very empty one, it shows their lack of professionalism, along with telling me to "get a life" (the proof has been documented, too)
