We trusted buying from you and being that we bought a 4K pool table (that also have scuff marks on it) and whatever vendors you use don’t offer to send us a new table that we paid for, and putting us in a situation that we have to settle for a $400 table with a deep mark on it is very unfair and shows how you handle your business with your vendors poorly. We didn’t realize the tabletop didn’t come directly from you. For you not to fight harder for us to get a new tabletop puts us in a position which we have no say about. We ordered the pool table from you as a well as the ping pong top from you at the same time since we wanted to use both. It looks aweful with the giant mark. I know you will say to return it for a full refund but then we are out a ping pong table top. This is very poor business on your part.

I wanted to caution anyone placing an order that Sawyer Twain is struggling with the supply chain and delivering in reasonable time frames. I placed an order on November 16, 2022 for a Shuffleboard table with a “chance” of having by late December. In January, after I emailed, they told me it was ready to ship but they were waiting for quotes from they 3rd party installer. They then asked for another $500 for delivery on top of the $7k plus that included “free delivery”. Once I agreed, they stated the installer would contact me. That did not happen and I received my next update after emailing them again. After again requesting an update, I was told there is now
a quality “hold” with no additional detail or timeline.
All of their service personnel via both phone and email have been extremely professional, courteous and friendly.
On the downside, we are 15 weeks with no table. Unfortunately all updates have had to be initiated by me ( the customer) versus provided proactively. I requested another update today and am hopeful it will be time specific and soon. I will update this post with the details.

Excellent experience buying my pool table accessories. Fast, professional service. Will definitely visit Sawyer Twin again for future pool table and accessory needs.

Absolutely in love with our new Nixon 7ft Charcoal pool table! The communication and service with Sawyer Twain has been amazing. I ordered during the pandemic and understood there could be delays and challenges. The table was delivered to the installer on-time & installation was seamless and professional. We had one challenge with the Wall Rack not being built properly/damaged. I uploaded some pictures to customer service & Sawyer Twain sent a replacement. Beautiful Product and Beautiful Service during trying times!

I had purchased a shuffleboard table from another company and was told via email about 3 days after the sale that they had no installers at this time but the 14ft table would be easy for me to manage. I cancelled my order and tried my luck with Sawyer Twain... and there was no "luck" to it. This company contacted me almost immediately. I was given all information by one very friendly and professional lady named Shanta. Within a week or so Rob the installer called me and he and Josh were here in a few more days with my table. These two were excellent from set up to clean up, and very informative and pleasant in between. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend this company. I know they have experienced many hardships with deliveries slowed and technicians busy and delayed. They seem to have their resourses in order though, and they did all they could to give us great service. Thank You Sawyer Twain! (our shuffleboard is awesome!) Maura Albright, PA

What a fabulous experience in these strange times. Although we had to wait a few months to get our pool table, customer service was very responsive, polite and professional and kept us abreast of the shipping delays. They even offered an alternative but we stayed with our first choice. The Nora Slate Pool Table in Charcoal safely arrived in two rather large and heavy crates and within a week the professional installers had put the table together in our basement with no problems and we are enjoying our very nice table. Again, we had a wonderful experience, and certainly recommend Sawyer Twain to anybody looking to purchase a pool table.

We've had two really good experiences with Sawyer Twain. The first was when we bought our pool table pre pandemic:). It was a very streamlined process and the customer service was astounding by Alicia & Shanta. Our second purchase was a shuffleboard. This did indeed take 4 months to receive unfortunately. However, the communication by the Sawyer Twain team was still absolutely astounding and a pleasure to work with. The world has changed, products aren't being made or shipping nearly as fast globally. We're still still waiting on our washer and dryer from Costco of all places and that's been 5 months now! Be prepared for hiccups whenever you purchase large, expensive, and must want items! We will absolutely recommend them and already have!

Just received our Isaac Pool Table and was terribly nervous to make such a significant purchase online without seeing. The quality is absolutely up to par and it’s beautiful. Customer service was always very responsive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to receiving our shuffleboard table in a few weeks! Greatly appreciated and would definitely recommend

I placed my order July 16, 2021. It is September 23rd and I am still without a table. I have bits and pieces sitting in my front room because 1. The slate was broken when arrived 2. The replacement slate was lost 3. The incorrect color siding was sent and now they have to wait for plank to "get back with them". 4. The dining top is still on backorder and has not arrived
I have a housewarming in less than 2 weeks and the 1 thing I wanted ready was the table. I am very disappointed and I DO NOT recommend them. Not to mention, she became frustrated with me because I appeared frustrated. Well, of course I would be frustrated, I have every reason to be.

Great experience, very satisfied with everything, including the people in Customer Service, they did everything they promised and made sure I was satisfied. The pool table is beautiful, regulation size and plays well. It arrived on time and was installed by professionals. Highly recommend!

Shanta was fantastic!! I asked her if I could order 4 more pub chairs without ordering a new pub table and she said they could do that (even though it was sold as a set - that I already ordered)! She was super fast to respond and very accurate with her quotes! Best yet, shipping was amazing - I ordered on Sat. 7/17/21 being told it would arrive in about 3 weeks and I came home today on 7/22/21 and it was on my door step - AMAZING!! Thank you Shanta and Sawyer Twain!! I love this pub table and all of its chairs!!

Loving my Sawyer Twain Nixon pool. The farmhouse look fits in nicely with our newly renovated basement and it plays brilliantly. I would highly recommend.

This was a weird case where I ended up getting a refund for my purchase but will undoubtedly be back and recommend, based solely on the service I received. I had ordered a specific grill which ended up being out of stock. I was presented with several options, including similar grills or waiting what the manufacturer's 3-4 weeks for re-stocking. Unfortunately there were several delays along the way from the manufacturer and the 3-4 weeks was about to turn into 9 months. The service team (specifically Shanta) was extremely empathetic to my situation; in wanting the grill I had purchased in January before the summer would pass. This was a circumstance that was completely beyond their control and they were transparent and accommodating at every inquiry I made along the way. I appreciate their dedication to helping in my satisfaction and in spite of this unsuccessful incident, I will be back in the future!

Everything from ordering to receiving was 10 stars! A very pleasurable experience. Shanta was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The installation was so professional and went so smooth.

I ordered a Beaumont 7' pool table back in November 2020 (around Thanksgiving) as a Christmas present for my children along with several accessories. I was very upset to learn that there were many delays and we are now almost in May 2021, six months later, and I still have no table. I spent a lot of money and have nothing yet to show for it. Well, then why the Five (5) Stars you must be asking? Each star is for your star employee Shanta. This girl, despite having to deliver bad news quite often, answers EVERY email, timely, friendly, and professionally. Communication is the key to success and she delivers every time. It's easy to give people good news, but being able to deliver the bad news we all know is part of the job and part of life in general, especially these days during a horrific pandemic. Shanta excels at both. As I write this, I just learned that my product is heading to the installer for final delivery. I am just a few weeks away and will be sure to populate another final review. I couldn't wait any longer to tell you how happy I am with dealing with Shanta and her exceptional customer service. If not for her, I honestly considered cancelling the order multiple times. She gave me faith and hope that all would work out in the end and that everything that could be done was being done. Thank you Shanta!

Even with delays due to COVID, the employees were more than willing to help and kept us up to date on delays and shipping information. I would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a pool table.

Delivery took longer than expected due to COVID but that was out of the company's hands and they kept us updated all along.

Great service. Customer service responded to my questions immediately and were also very informative about delivery. I would highly recommend ordering their tables. They look fantastic and the set up service was a seamless process even through all of the Covid related delays.

For those reviewers posting about SawyerTwain and comments on shipping delays, etc educate yourself a little bit about what’s happening in the broader furniture industry due to Covid and understand the role of Manufacturers vs distributors vs retailers. If you rate Sawyer Twain on what’s in their control - their prices, their service, etc - they are 5-star all day long. I too experienced a significant delay in the purchase of a pool table, this though has nothing to do with SawyerTwain. They have been incredibly responsive and after the table ended up becoming completely unavailable due to the manufacturer - they completely rectified the situation. Give small businesses a break, recognize what’s in their control and have some empathy for the challenges still happening for so many people / businesses who are doing their best in this still crazy environment.
