Great Experience ! I ordered the Plank and Hyde Isaac pool table on line and the Sawyer Twain people couldn't have been more helpful. It was drop shipped to my home outside Boston. A professional installation crew was at my door within 2 days (with masks and gloves due to Covid-19). They installed the table and it looks awesome. Looking forward to the end of "social distancing" so we can enjoy the table with friends.

Chris from Sawyer Twain was soooo helpful! I purchased a shuffleboard and pool table and thought I got a great deal. I get so many compliments on it, and people think I paid tripe than I did. We had one tiny hiccup and he handled it swiftly and easily. He even arranged delivery and install so it was a breeze. I would recommend and purchase from Chris for sure...

I am so pleased with my pool table purchase! I was a little overwhelmed with the thought of such a big purchase (mostly because of installation concerns), but Chris from Sawyer Twain helped me through the entire purchase process and even set up free installation for me. We purchased a Plank and Hide Pol and Shuffleboard Table from Chris. He walked us through the purchase options (which are many), made sure we were happy with the selections, custom stained a pool cue rack to match the color of the matching tables. We were very pleased with Sawyer Twain. Minor hiccup due to the delivery company, but Sawyer Twain made sure that was taken care of quickly and correctly. We recommend you call them if you are in the market for game tables.

The owner will call you direct and get you taken care of. Chris handles everything you need and will work with you to customize any of his available products. The pricing is also incredible and he will do what it takes to make sure you are 200% satisfied! I saved tons of money using Sawyer Twain and I highly recommend you do the same!

I purchased a Plank & Hide Isaac pool table directly from one of the Sawyer Twain reps over the phone/email. Nice pool table, I'm pretty happy with it. Their sales rep was very easy to work with. He set up delivery, installation and made the process pretty painless. Other than running out of stock of my 1st choice of table (it was an older model being discontinued - can't really fault them for that), I had no issues purchasing from them whatsoever.

Best table ever seen. They worked very hard to get us the ping pong table in just a few days and followed up every step of the way to make sure fed ex got us the table for Xmas. It is extremely heavy and super high quality.

My experience with Sawyer Twain, on all levels, was unbelievably amazing. Chris was there from start to finish to assist and make every step of the process smooth and seamless for me. The pool table itself is absolutely gorgeous. The price is comparably more reasonably than most of high quality, and he even gave me a discount on installation! There were some scratches, which were really not a huge deal, from delivery but as soon as I asked him what my options were about that he had them replaced without a second thought.
