Worst company ever.

Ordered a pool table that was “in stock” in December.

3 months later, it hasn’t shipped yet. And there’s no clarity as to when - if ever - it will ship.

They have misled (or lied?) about the status of the order. It’s always “almost ready to ship”. Then another 2 weeks passes and nothing happens.

Shanta has given me 11 updates (always at my prompting) and none of them had any substance.

There are many places to get a pool table. Why bother with this company, that has repeated issues delivering the most basic service? You may never get your merchandise. I’m starting to think our money was stolen.

Don’t don’t don’t don’t do it.

Overall responsiveness was great. Table was about a month more delayed than originally scheduled. That being said the installers were top notch, everything arrived and looks/plays great! When emailed kept me informed. Would use again.

I previously wrote a very negative review on Sawyer Twain due to a mix up and them sending me a 7 ft table when I ordered an 8 ft table. As I stated good news is they accepted their mistake and offered to get me the 8 ft table. Unfortunately due to the circumstances of Covid19 this was taking a very long time. I got in contact with Chris the owner and he jumped in and got me my table within 30 days which we love. He also gave my neighbor a very good deal on the 7 ft table that they absolutely love as well. Not the smoothest transaction but end of the day he made it right and the tables are high quality and gorgeous. We play 1-2 times a week and really made family time a lot of fun

Table looks better in person! If you are considering buying a Sawyer Twain table and are concerned about not seeing it first, have no fear. The pictures look great, but it looks eve better in person. Super solid, very well made table.

I ordered my pool table 15 weeks ago and was told on the phone I would have it in 7-9 weeks. It has now been 15 weeks and there is still no word on when my table will arrive. I, like others, have been getting the run around from both Shanta and Ryan. The excuses and lack of proactive communication is astonishing. I have now contacted the manufacture of the pool table directly to see if Sawyer Twain ever ordered the table. Avoid this company like the plague!

The pool table was delivered when I wasn't in the office. The people who set it up did not have our staff look at it or sign off on that it was in good condition (probably because it wasn't). The pool topper that we paid $1000 to make it a table was all scratched up. We were told because it wasn't on the paperwork (again... that we were never asked to sign off on...) that we could only get a $200 refund on that portion. So now we get to pay another $800 for a table topper because the one received was all scratched up and someone we are the ones responsible.

We just renovated our basement and the centerpiece is the beautiful Sawyer Twain 8' pool table (we chose the McKay model). We are so pleased with the product as well the the professional installers they hooked us up with (Coastal Pool & Gameroom) who were well worth the white glove installation fee. And the icing on the cake was when we had an issue with setting a date for the installation, Shanta at Sawyer Twain immediately stepped in and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Needless to say we would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Love the pool table. Good quality at an affordable price. I had an issue with Customer Service that was recently resolved. Thank you.

Looking forward to receiving my custom table from Sawyer Twain! I understand the delays due to the holidays and COVID but thankful they’ve been communicative with the delays they are encountering. Patience is a virtue.

Sawyer Twain was so great with communication in regard to shipping delays. While the delays were disappointing, we are appreciative of the friendliness of their team and their thoroughness in ensuring we had the info we needed in regard to our shipment. Understandably, times are hard and the holidays can be stressful, but they did an excellent job working through the pain points with us. Top notch service from Shanta!

I posted the following on Sawyer Twins Website this morning; Good Morning, This is now day 42 since the $3,429.00 left my account, and the status is still "Awaiting Fulfillment" for my order. I have called on 11/12/20 and was told ST was waiting to hear back from Brunswick. I called again on 11/24/20 and spoke to Jason, who told me that Brunswick was about a month behind. He also sent me an e-mail stating, "This order is released to the warehouse for fulfillment. I have a message into the shipping coordinator to see if we have already reached out to Install to schedule pickup. I will let you know when they get back to me." I have not heard back from him. I called again on 11/30/20 and spoke to Shanta. She told me that the order was released to the warehouse and we were waiting for the delivery to be scheduled. She also told me that they tried to call me, however, I received no call from Brunswick/shipping. Shanta was nice enough to give me a number, which I called on Dec. 1st, but there was no answer, so I left a message. Both Jason and Santa were very nice and professional. Since the contract for installation was changed just after my purchase, I am curious if this may be the reason for the delay in the shipping/delivery schedule. If you would be so kind and let me know what can be done to complete my order, I would be grateful. I received a call from the installer later that same day. When asked, he said Sawyer Twain did not contact him, but I find that hard to believe.

I am revising my original review. We ordered a Black Friday pool table and they cancelled our order due to a website error. After talking to the director they made it right and honored the sale. They have good reviews which is why we chose them and it was disheartening they originally were not going to honor it. Thankful they are making it right.

My experience was overall pretty good. They were helpful when ordering, kept in contact with me about delays in the shipment of my pool table (and what other options were available to me), and were friendly and responsive when I had questions. My issue was with delivery. We paid extra to have our pool table professionally installed in our home. I received a call that it was ready for delivery and was excited that they could bring it so quickly. When the truck got here - it was one older gentleman and all he could do was leave the huge heavy boxes and slabs of slate on our driveway - WITH RAIN starting. I called Sawyer Twain and left as message as they were not open yet. I called the installers whose number was in an email I had received (and who I was assuming were the people who had called me a few days prior to schedule delivery) and they stated that what usually happens is that the pool table is delivered to them and they bring it with them to me when they come to do the installation. He felt horrible for us and managed to squeeze us in a few days later. That left my husband and I (both with bad backs) to move this stuff into our garage. Luckily we had people here installing a fence and we paid them each $20 to move the slabs to our basement and the boxes inside our garage. Hours later ST called me back and left a message that that is what is supposed to happen. I HIGHLY doubt this as it is never asked (when ordering) if you have a place to store these heavy pieces while you await installation much less if you have the ability to move these boxes and SLATE SLABS yourself. Also, the installers had already told me otherwise. This was a very frustrating experience and I am still upset that we were responded to this way. However, the product itself is very nice and was worth the wait. We also bought a foosball table from them that came quickly and is also very nice quality.

Customer service was awesome. Table i got is high quality for the price. 3 piece slate is well constructed. Packaged very well. Just took long time to get. Also installation instructions could have a page or two of 'steps to install', rather than a 1 page with pictures. That was kind of cheesy.Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

At first we were a little nervous about ordering a pool table from an out of town company. But, Chris was amazing! Excellent customer service! We ordered a pool table with dining table option. They had the best prices, by far. The installation team was great. Everything was great. We love our new pool table! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We purchased the Otis Pool Table with dining top, in the tournament blue felt color. We had a lot of questions about the size, material, and installation and their team was very prompt in helping. The installers showed up on time and were very friendly. The table was leveled and adjusted, and they took all of the trash with them when leaving.

The blue felt on the dark wood is STUNNING, and the wood top was easy to put into place. Quality, quality, quality!! Good stuff all around!

We worked directly with Chris, the owner, and had a great experience! Not only was he friendly, but as a fellow salesperson, I found him honest, funny and response time was super quick. I mean what other owner do you know that gives you their cell phone to contact them whenever you need them... even with a 2 hour time difference! The quality is by far superb and we are beyond happy with our pool table and the service! We would use Chris again and again!

I was a bit concerned about ordering a pool table from a company that wasn't local, but the experience was great. Chris send me samples of felt so we were comfortable with our choice. The Plank and Hide Vox table is beautiful. Installation team was friendly and efficient and did a great job! I recommend Sawyer Twain highly.

Chris was very responsive and great to work with over just e-mail. the bar stools we just as described and very good quality. the assembly was very easy and the chairs arrived very well packed. not a thing was missing and everything was well represented. great company with great service and great products. I would recommend buying anything you are interested in from Sawyer Twain! I ordered an 8' barnwood-style pool table and 16' Venture shuffleboard table and I couldn't be happier. The quality is top notch, the intallers were great, and Chris found a way to make this happen from across the country even when most things are shut down. I am highly impressed and can't say enough good things about this experience or the products.
