Seamless from a distance
Seamless, bought my car totally online, delivery of the new car & collection of my old car, (part ex), efficient & a fair part ex price. Kept updated throughout, Saxton’s transferred vehicles, immediately upon receipt! Highly delighted with my car. (apart from the bird poo). Also could have left a bit more petrol it in, but on the whole a good experience!

Initially the service from Saxton 4x4…
Initially the service from Saxton 4x4 was very good but then you are making a purchase from them! I was happy with the purchasing process. However we had various problems after purchasing the car, and that is where the service is not at all good! We bought from here because of the extensive checks they do when selling cars. I question the quality of those checks since we had a number of problems and worryingly the spare tyre had not been checked and had a completely flat tyre. I raised this with them by email to be told sorry go pump it up! When we did, it had a puncture that was not repairable and we had to buy an entirely new tyre. Thank goodness we noticed this before it was even a bigger issue. Saxton 4x4 have ignored our emails and refused to pay for the tyre - this should have been one of their extensive checks! We also had issues with the error log in the car which they had not cleared down. We had issues with the locking of the car and we broke down in France because of a fuel particle filter failure. All in all an expensive mistake!

I had decided to upgrade my car and wanted to retain a SUV / 4 X 4 and decided to try Saxtons. I had viewed their wide range of cars and found the one I liked.. Range Rover Sport in black with Black & Red leather upholstery.. I was serviced by Aman.. He was very polite , courteous and professional throughout the process.. I found him very good, not pushy like some sales persons and also knowledgeable about his cars.
When it came to picking up the car there was a minor issue with regards to the V5C / taxing the car, but the issue was dealt with swiftly and promptly... I could say perhaps it should have been addressed before I had arranged to pick the car up but to be fair it was resolved quickly and amicably, and I was kept in good communication by Aman throughout...
A very solid and professional company.. now I look forward to enjoying my new car for many years to come.

Great company
No nonsense, no hard sell ,free coffee or cold drinks whilst waiting. Brett who dealt with us was very professional & gave us the time to look around the vehicle without making us feel pressured even though it was a busy day for him. Car was exactly as advertised without a blemish and the asking price for the vehicle we bought was actually below the median for that spec which was great. Drove the vehicle away the same day thanks to the smooth service by Andy who sorted the payment and paperwork promptly. Would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a good quality vehicle.
