My order has still not arrived after two weeks. Very disappointing. Will be requesting a refund
***Update … finally arrived.
Company had responded quickly. My original rating was too tough. Probably because I was disappointed not to have the garment for Halloween. Sorry scandibugs

We’re really disappointed to see this 1* review! We feel it’s a little unjustified.
I can see you ordered Monday 24th October selecting standard second class post and your item was despatched the same day. You contacted us on Monday 31st October to let us know your order hadn’t yet arrived and we replied the same day with the following email:
" Thanks for getting in touch and thank you for your order! I’m sorry to hear that your item has not yet arrived.
I can see that your order was shipped on Monday 24/10 via Royal Mail. As I’m sure you are aware, there was a national strike by Royal Mail workers on Tuesday 25/10, so it’s likely your item has been delayed a little due to the backlog caused. I appreciate this is frustrating, but it is outside of our control.
Royal Mail require us to wait 10 working days (inclusive of Saturday) before they consider an item “lost”, this will take us 8/11. If your order still has not arrived by this point, please let me know but I suspect it will arrive shortly.
My apologies again for the delay and your order should be with you soon.

The vast majority of our standard orders do arrive within two working days but sometimes we do unfortunately experience delays. I realise it’s disappointing you didn’t receive the vest as soon as you’d hoped, we strongly advise customers to consider the ‘Express 1-2 days’ upgrade (for a very reasonable £1 charge 😊) or our competitively priced Guaranteed Next Day option for those deliveries where timing is crucial.
As we hadn’t yet received a reply to that email it’s really disappointing to see a review like this. As a small family business customer service is incredibly important to us and we operate mainly based on word of mouth.
As mentioned in David’s email above please do get back in touch with us if you haven’t received your order by 8th November and we'll process a full refund straight away.

Lizzie emailed back very quickly and said that she would change the order and as I live locally they will personally drop it off when it was convenient for me. Brilliant service

No problems here. I was struggling to find the sizes I needed for my girls’ dresses from other indies, for the autumn Duns launch, but Scandibugs had them all so I was very pleased!

Lovely doll
I have ordered 2 of these dolls for my granddaughters. They look lovely and were beautifully packaged .
As one has only just been given and the other has yet to be I cannot yet vouch for their longevity but so far I am very happy with my 2 purchases.

These rag dolls are wonderful. They are made beautifully and even some of the clothes can be removed. They are much loved by the children who have received them. Very cuddly and a good size. I also received it very quickly. A very good buy and service, thank you very much

We have ordered from ScandiBugs a few times and have always been very impressed with the service and the quality of the goods.
I love the fast dispatch and the wrapping of the items is always beautiful.
Our favourite items so far have been the vests (lovely bright colours) and the Ticket Sensory blocks. They are great entertainment for both my baby and toddler.
