I ordered the flowers for my sister’s birthday. I live in Dorset, she in Yorkshire. They were delivered on time, beautifully packed, initially visually a little disappointing but 3 days later the buds are opening and apparently the fragrance is amazing. My sister sent a photo after 3 days, stunning !! Absolutely beautiful. Thank you

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I am truly sorry that you felt there wasn't enough communication. Your order was due for delivery on the 3rd of January. We sent you an email on the 2nd to let you know that, due to bad weather, your order would be dispatched the following day. We then sent you another email on the 3rd to let you know that your order had been dispatched. I have checked the courier correspondence history and can see that they too emailed you on the 3rd to let you know that they had your order. The courier company emailed you again on the 4th letting you know what time the flowers would be delivered and again later in the day on the 4th to let you know that the flowers had been delivered successfully. There was a link on this email to see the delivery location with a photograph of the flowers at the recipients door. Please do let me know how we can improve this service. Many thanks, Jay

Easy to order. Reasonable price. The company emailed me to warn of delay due to bad weather and gave me the option to cancel but delay was only a day or two. Recipient said the flowers were lovely.
