Ordered two custom pieces in Nov and Dec 2023 to be delivered in UAE. I had excuse after excuse for delays and now Greg Bauchat, the CEO, no longer replies to any communication. Eight hundred dollars taken and emails requesting a refund ignored. STAY WELL AWAY! Law suit pending also from other customers who've had the same experience. I would give zero stars if possible!!

It took over a year to get my item and I didn't even get a full refund. I emailed countless and countless times. I even tried to send to small claims. Greg "cannot be found". Do not buy from this company. The amount of stress I incurred. Save yourself the headache. Their "customer service" has terrible customer is wrong attitude. Just honestly, don't do it.

Ordered a carbon fiber hood mid November last year. No updates, news, nothing. I decided to email Greg last month, he said he'd look into it, it's been a week and nothing from him since

Ordered a steering wheel and the owner Greg is not very professional . Ordered on June 16th and was promised I would have the steering wheel by the end of July and then when that failed he gave excuses that his equipment was broken and needed repairs. Then he promised way before the end of August. I have all the emails and had to get a refund from AMEX.
I have done research and the Steering wheels are made in china.
I read the other complaints about his steering wheel orders and wish I read them before I ordered.
The website is useless for updates and online chat is a waste of time
What gets me mad is he just tells you bs to string you along as long as you are timid and don’t push him for solid updates
Just be honest and advise it’s a core I need to find and then send to china and then they make the wheel and if customs is good you will get it soon after

Ordered Paddle shifters, button trim and a carbon fibre steering wheel for the Elantra N in February 2023. recieved Wheel after a long wait and was told i would receive the rest of my items later on as "they were still being made". asked for refund and was met with lies about how it was issued, however would not tell me anything so i could follow up with the bank. fast forward to mid 2024, still being ignored, no items and am now banned from contacting customer support. Absolute joke of a company, they will only take your money. make sure you do not wait more than 90 days to contact your bank otherwise you will not get your money back. DO NOT BUY

I ordered a Sxth Element downpipe from SoCal Garage Works. It was stated to be in stock but when I didn't get a shipping notification I contacted them and they said when I saw it, the website wad not updated. I accepted that and they said they would get the part when the next batch was created. Fast forward many months, I see that Sxth Element is putting out the downpipe again. I wrote to SoCal Garage works to see when it will be filled, to which they implied that I should just get their downpipe. I asked for a refund several times and they have not written back, that was April 2, 2024 and today is May 25, 2024. I called Sxth Element and they said they received complaints regarding this company and will not do business with them anymore and they have made the part several times since June of 2023.

Ordered steering wheel on 08/23 as of today 05/24 no product. Keep getting told lies and won’t refund money. Worst company to buy from.

I ordered a Veloster steering wheel and spoiler in October 2023. And I have nothing. I can’t get shipping information, and I can’t get a refund. The phone never picks up and the email never responds. I’m about to contact a lawyer to see what money I can get back in small claims court. I want my $1,100 back.

Placed an order for a hood on 3/15/23. Currently 4/30/24 no hood and won't refund. They said it shipped in Dec but have recieved nothing to prove it, almost no communication. Do not order from them

I ordered a steering wheel on October 24th 2023. It’s March 31st 2024, I’ve emailed I can’t even count how many times with no emails back regarding my order, I did an online chat with customer service and they said that I should get it in a few more months. I waited a couple months and I chatted with customer service again and they were VERY rude. Not helpful at all and basically told me they couldn’t help me bc they didn’t know anything. I understand things take time to make or supply is back ordered or whatever but COMMUNICATION matters. What makes me more mad Is not having any information about my VERY expensive order. It’s coming up on half a year and I still don’t even know if my order is shipped yet or even made at all. I’ll update if it ever does come.

Please do not buy from this marketplace! Unless you plan on waiting AGES for it be constantly pushed back and like 0 hope for it coming. Absolutely the worst. You see the warnings that people are saying. Spend over 1300 and this is ridiculous. Save yourself from the trouble.

Ordered my “custom” steering wheel for $1,100 on October 30th 2023 it is now the 7th of march 2024 and still haven’t recieved tracking number or a picture of my steering wheel amd they havent replied in over 2 weeks, they just liked my message on instagram! greg bauchat is a fraud/scammer! Will be taking legal action i wish i did research before buying smfh, he says 30-90 buisness days because by 90 buisness days most cards don’t cover fraud claim authorized purchases if its been over 120 days

Steer far away from this worthless company. They use false advertising on their site to scam you into purchasing and once they have the money they give you an outrageous arrival date of 8-12 weeks on a product, that concurrentally, had shown "in stock" when you made the purchase. Fast forward to 12 weeks and I'm told because I purchased in November around holidays, it's raining in China, they're celebrating someone's birthday in Germany, Australia is going on strike, and apparently the groundhog didnt see his shadow.. now I should have known it will be another 8 weeks before it will "arrive". We'll see what excuse I'm given next time....

Ordered items July 2022, some items came in February 2023, with one item completely missing. Been trying to chase up this item since February but keep getting told 'it's getting done, it's getting done'. Had to order a singular battery terminal cover due to a dealer losing it and that came but the fuse box cover I'm waiting for still has nothing, and emails are being left unanswered. Won't order again, but just want what I have ordered

Where should I start about that company…. The owner Greg is a complete liar… first of all I spoke with him about some details about a steering wheel that I wanted and he was all time available talking until he got my money! He promised me the wheel in about 35 days.. I was waiting for 7 months he was ghosting me and telling all the lies he was thinking… he did not cancel my order when I told him that I had enough waiting overall he never send me the wheel or my money back! I contacted with my bank I was lucky he had too many complains for scams and the bank gave me back the money from insurance! Don’t do business with socalgarage they are not legit
