the worse website you can spend your money on, I'm surprised this business has not declared bankruptcy. stupid company with a stupid owner.

Product was terrible along with the service. Tried to speak out to fellow owners that may have the same issue just for the post to get deleted by SCGW themselves.

The worst. Company that I have ever bought from.. They take forever to send you the product you pay for. I bought the spoiler beginning of summer. And I still not have received it to the state. This company is a joke I would not recommend buying anything from them. They are scams

Worst KDM shop ever!!! Whole bunch of scammers and the owner gets so butthurt he personally sends you something calling you “childish”

I ordered a corvette airbag cover and was told it would take 4-6 weeks, it took 16weeks! When I received it, it was not what was pictured and was told that the guy that used to do them for them died and the new guy does them different. So now I have to get it done by someone else. This company is a joke! I would never order from this company again!

Same as some of the review's here, Greg is always saying it's back order and can't refund/cancel because it's custom order, 1 month as already past and Greg say's no other stores have the product when i found the same product at a different store

Great Work and Very Kind

Horrible customer service. They use weather as an excuse for not being able to make a window banner. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and order hasn’t shipped. Avoid this company. They are simply horrible!!

Terrible customer service. Say's they have a zero cancellation policy and no estimates on delivery times. That's scammy to me. If you need a refund make sure you pay through PayPal or (maybe) Affirm. That way they have additional incentive to refund your money or get you your order.

I ordered a shift knob on July 9th of 2021, and I was aware of shipping delays and manufacture delays, so I waited until the middle of August; and they said that it took a while to get my shift knob in, but it had arrived, and it was put into production I then ask every two weeks the status of my shift knob and every time up until September 19th they change to it will ship in about a week, or so so I say ok fast forward to October 1st, 2021 I ask the again about the status of my shift knob and they say another week again so then I say how complicated is a refund not asking for one at all they then say they can't refund custom orders, so I drop it at that. I then emailed the owner Greg who started with that he refunded me my shift knob and the proceeds to bs for the rest of the email about manufacturing times even though it was made in the shop of local now ill give you a timeline ordered July 9th asked for the first time about it the middle of august then they say it's in production I ask every two weeks and still the same responses every time October 1st I ask how COMPLICATED a refund is. I then emailed the owner, and then I was met with a refund. My shift knob was in production for two months on the website the ETA for them is 4-5 weeks.

Extremely well known company. I see a lot of people complaining about time. What they don't read is the facts page the covid-19 announcement or the description. Every item has a description. Every product has a ETA. All these people complaining shows a huge lack of respect for a company that has gone above and beyond for this community. Every vendor in this community has stated massive delays due to supply chain. All you need to suck it up and don't modify your car if you are that impatient.

Ordered shifter paddles for my vehicle a month ago. Same day I received confirmation of purchase but never received delivery date estimate or tracking information. After waiting a month, I reached out via email inquiring as to where my paddles were? I received a rude reply stating that "I don't do a very good job reading" and that "my part is on back order"! Mind you, no such information was ever made clear during the purchase process. After further review of confirmation/receipt email. I did notice one small line that said backorderd. Its clear that the company isn't
going out of there way to be transparent and only interest in collecting payments. Some communication would have gone a long way! Apparently this company only takes time to belittle custumers rather then to be courteous! For any of you looking to invest in paddle shifters there are lots of people selling them on both EBay and Amazon for a quarter of the price. I spent $25 and received high quality paddles without the company name stamped on them (which is ugly). Won't be doing any business with this company ever again. Complete rip off and horrible customer service!

UPDATE, since placing a dispute with PayPal to cancel my order they actually had the audacity to send me several more argumentative and derogatory emails. Even went as far as to tell me they are not going to refund me on a product that isn't even available lol. Unbelievable. Of course I'll win this battle but all you buyers beware!

Do not purchase anything from So Cal Garage Works Or Greg Bauchat I waited 40 business days for this guy to ship me my wheel sent him an email 4 times with a reply of its in production you will receive an email when it's ready before I purchased the wheel he told me 6 to 8 weeks for delivery to my door which was total bs if you wana wait 6 months for your product go ahead i reported it to my bank and got my money back in 2 days he was quick to reply to me once I did that and pretty much treated me like a criminal telling me I violated the agreement blah blah then had the nerve to call me impatient anyways I found the exact same wheel on Instagram for 250$ cheaper and shipped in 2 days. With free Canada wide shipping. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER! Legit the worse customer service and after market car part interaction I've ever had. Ps. He has no contact phone no either just a shady chat box on his website and they're worse than him. Excuses excuses!

By far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The guy Greg Bauchat that runs the place is extremely rude and unhelpful. Everyone has an attitude like they are doing you a favor by selling you something. 0 customer service. I’d give them negative stars if I could, because 1 star is way too high. Takes forever to get whatever you ordered, they don’t answer questions, and the quality is poor. (order number 65812 - '03 ford lightning wheel). The reply by SCgarage to this review is a lie - which proves that they are dishonest & bad at customer service... I replaced this wheel with one from VividRacing. Significantly better quality & customer service.

So I ordered a CF-spoiler and still got nothing its been almost 4 months and nothing on it, I hope its just a customs thing but lately I could've just gone to another vendor I dont recommend getting something from SCGW take so long. Man and this COVID thing my ass, I get Chinese, Japanese and Korean packages faster within the actual ETA time unlike SCGW. smh

They stole my money i ordered from them on August 2020 a spoiler and raptor steering wheel and gear knock shift
I paid 1780$
Now i will complete a year and until now i didnt received my order and they ignored my message and emails

If they will denied denial i have a pictures and chats and invoices

I ordered a new steering wheel for my corvette over winter, hoping to have it by the time I took the car out in spring. It did take a little longer than I had hoped, but they were very quick to respond to my email. Wheel showed up only about 2wks later than originally expected. Quality was outstanding!! Looks amazing, feels amazing. Very happy with this purchase.

Ordered 8 spark Plugs, got 4.
380 USD for 4 spark plugs...
Sent to Germany, where I have to pay tax and customs additional.
Stay away from this dealer...

Ordered a rear sway bar , delivered within 2 weeks from USA to England UK. Good communication and tracking information. Smooth transaction, no issues.
