Greg, from socal has zero customer service skills, I ordered intercooler kit end of April which said it would be back in stock from Sxth around mid jun spent over $1000.00. June comes around and I see it changed to July which is not exceptable. If I knew every month it would change I could have purchased else where. I CONTACT him again he takes no responsibility and says its in Sxth elements hands the company who makes it, but when I ask for a refund if not shipped by July he says no refunds on custom orders smh. Order that he doesn't make and is not custom made to my individual vehicle but rather made in bulk for a specific make and model that he uses as a vendor, is service sucks and looks like ill have to contact bank to reverse transaction if I don't get a tracking number by next week

You were 100% refunded we also explained that we have no control over how long it takes another manufacture to get products made and developed. Not to mention the manufacture also has it stated on their website that they were behind. When we asked you for a different address as we couldn’t ship to your current address you immediately were rude and so you were refunded and the manufacture most likely won’t sell to you either.

Your reply is not true. Yes the steering wheel finally did arrive. And i also am a business owner. There was absolutely nothing holding you back from informing a paying customer of a delay.

You ordered a custom made to order steering wheel during covid-19. This was delivered on June 30th and we have proof it was delivered. Your misunderstanding of the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic shows your inconsideration towards small companies during this time. We communicated with you and kept you up to date and delivered the product in a timely manner. You try to get a refund we will fight it as we have proof it was delivered and you just said it arrived. And we did inform you of the delay.
